We really enjoyed coming here and highly recommend it for autentic italian cuisine. I came with my family for my birthday, the staff are attentive and very friendly. The food is all very reasonably priced and the pizzas are fantastic. The children's menu is good value - £10 for a big pizza, cordial and ice cream for dessert. We will certainly visit again in the future.

First visit Sunday evening around 6pm. It was very busy on arrival, got shown to a table straight away. The noise level was somewhat loud, thanks to the many families with young kids. Had to wait a while for drink order to be taken.I asked for a large white wine, would hate to see a small measure.I asked if it was a large one and was told the glasses are the size they are. Service was very friendly by all the young ladies serving.Particularly the dark haired girl with glasses, forgot to ask her name. We ordered Tomato garlic bread to share to start.Would have liked more tomato sauce on it,but it was ok. I had lasagne for main.Served piping hot.Partner had 4 seasons pizza. Managed to finish with a lemon sorbet which was lovely and tangy.

Mamma mia this was delicious. Went on a Friday night, great atmosphere with live music. Pasta was scrumptious, I had the spaghetti meatballs 🍝 and my girlfriend had ravioli - both great. We finished our meal with a hot chocolate fudge cake which was a real treat. I recommend this restaurant 100%!!!!!!

Authentic Italian napoli restaurant. The staff was incredibly kind. We were there to celebrate my husband and son's birthday, and they arranged a cake with candles for them, with the music playing "Happy Birthday." The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The place is very well-kept. I felt like I was in Italy. Highly recommended

We've walked past Napoli so many times but a couple of months ago our regular Horsforth Italian let us down, completely missing a reservation. Napoli fitted us all in, and the atmosphere, food, drinks and service were all terrific. Been back a few times since, always great, and discovered takeaway is also available. In our opinion, the best Italian food around, lovely fresh ingredients, great atmosphere and really friendly, helpful staff. Place deserves to be full, all the time.

Went here tonight, first of all we had to wait for menus because the waiter told us they dont have enough for the amount of tables. Ordered a sauvignon blanc, it was not nice and nowhere near the taste of any sauvignon I have ever tasted in my life (thats the only wine I ever drink). The manager basically told me i didnt know what i was talking about. We didn't order a starter, but both ordered a ham and mushroom pizza, our favourite. The dough was ok, but the mushrooms were slimy and looked and tasted like tinned mushrooms, which the manager actually confirmed was the case! Said when they served fresh mushrooms, they had complaints about them too. The ham was also wafer thin ham I appreciate that sometimes restaurants dont get it quite right, but the attitude of the staff, especially the manager, was absolutely disgusting and patronising

Went on a Wednesday at 6:30pm. Pretty much had the place to ourselves barring the uber collection guys! Dispute being one of only two tables we had to flag the staff down for service constantly. Fried burrata (why it’s fried I had no idea, but figured had to try it) was too oily (maybe oil was not hot enough?). Had a couple of pizzas and pasta amongst the group. None of it was great. Pizzas were a little chewy and quite burnt on edges. Came out stinking of frying oil/smoke. Had to wash all our clothes. Pastas were lacking any depth. Not sure I would be back, there are several better options in Horsforth and this was better when it was a supermarket

Always love coming to Napoli - great for a relaxed and casual meal with friends. We’ve never felt rushed or uncomfortable, always welcomed warmly and the food is always delicious.

Booked a table for 8pm and waited 45 minutes for order to be taken. Subsequently we were told after another 10 mins that the chicken had run out so we had to choose again. There didn't appear to be anyone overseeing what was happening and the young waitresses were rushed off their feet. Nothing wrong with the food that did finally arrive - pizza and lasagne. We voiced our disappointment overall twice and eventually a small shot of lemon cello was offered as compensation which I hate anyway. Had high hopes but won't be returning.

We ate here last Sunday evening, arriving just after 6pm.Place was packed, and noisy, lots of families with young kids. Shown to a table.Had to wait a while for drinks order to be taken. Had tomato garlic bread to start to share. It was ok,bit lacking in the tomato department. I had Lasagne and partner four seasons pizza both quite good.I did ask for a large glass of wine, let's just say I wouldn't like to see a small glass. Service was very good by the several young ladies working. Not the best, not the worst Italian we've eaten in.
