We were welcomed very kindly, and the food was brought so quickly. The woman who served us was very nice she immediately asked how we liked the food and if we needed anything else. Besides that, the food was delicious I haven’t had such a tasty pizza in a long time. The crust was nice and thin, while the edge was thick, and it was really a very large pizza. I thought there could have been a bit more tuna, but other than that, this place is definitely worth recommending.

Pizza is good, but being Neapolitan style it will be soft. If you like crunchy, Roman style, it’s not for you. Also, been there a few times and music is always loud, which detracts from the experience. Some tables are too close to each other. Overall it’s OK.

Really great pizza! Soft and fluffy dough that doesn't make your stomach rumble. Very pleasant and helpful service. I lived a short distance from the restaurant in a hotel and I'm glad I discovered this pizzeria!

A very busy Friday evening and an hour before closing time... 1) I couldn't focus on the menu due to the incessantly repetitive booming bass of that #$&$@#! awful music. It genuinely hurt my ears and my head! I asked for it to be turned down. It was, and then the repetitive booming bass returned. Here's an idea - if you're so proud of your Neapolitan connection, play some music with an Italian connection, softly, in the background, without that #$&$@#! booming bass. 2) The pizza base - light, slightly burnt, rustic-looking and tasty if slightly under-baked which leads to... 3) The centre was a mush. Less toppings in the centre of the pizza (usually that's where the toppings are heaviest) would mean less mush. (Genuine Neapolitan pizza is actually quite sparse with toppings although that probably wouldn't wash with your clientele.) 4) The Symplicity vegan n'duja could do with a little promotion. I'd never heard of it or their other highly-regarded products until I idly started reading about them on the internet. 5) Don't add a supposedly voluntary service charge onto the bill without asking! Service charge is a very distasteful American concept (and insulting in more civilized countries like Japan). If your staff don't want to bring a pizza to my table without charging me for it then I can pick it up myself from the counter!
