The restaurant offers an Italian-style menu with a range of pizzas available. No substantial meat side options. On this occasion, there was a lengthy wait for our food, and it did not arrive at the table at the same time. There were no check-backs to see if everything was okay once the food was served. Throughout the meal, we had to request the waitress several times for additional drinks and condiments, which felt like missed opportunities for upselling. After finishing our mains, our plates remained uncleared for around 10 minutes. Although we would have considered ordering desserts, we did not want to wait any longer and instead asked for the bill — another missed opportunity to generate extra sales for the business. When the bill arrived, an optional service charge of approximately 10–13% had already been added. While we are usually happy to leave a service charge when the service is good, we requested for it the be removed on this occasion due to the issues outlined above. The charge was removed, and we were asked to explain why. After payment, the waitress retained the receipt rather than allowing us to take it, which gave the impression that feedback was being discouraged - which shouldn’t be the case, as this would help highlight reoccurring issues that can be used to help the store improve. Additionally, there was no clear visible presence of a manager throughout our visit. Overall, the food offering was appealing, but the service fell well short of expectations compared to service in other Rudy’s restaurants dined in previously which significantly impacted the experience on this occasion.

I was genuinely impressed. Rudy’s isn’t an Italian-owned spot, but they had actual Italians making the pizzas, and you can taste the difference immediately. The dough, the sauce, the balance of everything — it’s absolutely up to par with proper Italian standards. Solid pizza, made with real care. I’d happily come back. Luana is lovely too!

Original napoletana pizza. They offer pizzas in one size and vary from different taste. They have a good selection of mocktails recommended the blueberry mocktail. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is sapcious and can provide seating for big groups (5+). Recommended to book in advance to get best experience. Garlic bread is recommended. They have a range of vegeterian options with a nice selection of halal options when it comes to toppings. The place is on the strip outside westfield opposite waitrose. Parking provided as part of westfield car parks (A,B,C). The menu price is really well priced for the dishes served. Highly recommended for pizza lovers

Came at around 7:30pm and despite many empty tables, we were told to wait 20 min which was not a pleasant start. Would be much more efficient for the kitchen and a better experience for customers if we were offered the menu and ordered as we waited to keep us entertained. Got two pizzas (‘nduja and salame) and a hot honey. Pizzas were good, nothing to criticise about. More basil leaves would be nice. We did not like the hot honey at all. It was too sweet and not spicy enough and came in a plastic pot which didn’t look visually appealing. My friend got a strawberry lemonade. I didn’t like it bc I don’t like strawberry syrup, tasted a little artificial. Staff only brought us water when we asked after we finished the pizzas. They did ask if we wanted dessert tho. Overall standard pizza place, would come again for a casual meal but there is room for improvement

We had just arrived in London after an overnight flight, in preparation for a 2 week cruise. It was in the middle of a heat wave in London. We saw Rudy's and pizza sounded good. In fact, it was amazing!! Loved the thin crust and was so fresh and delicious. Our wait person was delightfully friendly and helpful in making suggestions. I believe her name was Bo? (We were at Table 17 on 5/24/26 at 18:45. I really like exceptional people who go the extra mile to receive recognition.) If we are lucky enough to be back in London I would definitely eat at a Rudy's again!!

Stopped in to Rudy's while my daughters were in Village Underground to watch Benjamin Steer, and all I can say is, it was the best decision I ever made 😊 the pizza was amazing, and the service was brilliant too. If you want a pizza while in Shoreditch, come here 😊

Very nice place but quite noisy. The waitresses and waiters are very kind and welcoming. The Margherita pizza dough with the addition of cooked ham was good, but the pizza was lightly seasoned with tomato sauce, so it was dry and burnt in some places. Even the cooked ham was very little, just two small pieces and then it never gets cooked because it dries out. Instead the sweet tiramisu was very good. Overall we had a good time.
