  Pizza Pronto is turning out one of the best pizzas in Madrid and this one makes the case decisively. Wood fired crust with proper leoparding and a cornicione that has some real weight to it, tomato sauce underneath doing its job quietly,

  Excellent pizza with inventive flavors. The pumpkin-broccolini (calabaza) pizza was our favorite but all three were wonderful. Be warned, the zucchini pizza had serious spice. We loved the Basqueland beer too. Pictured: calabaza, marinara 2.0, zucchini
