OUTSTANDING! The food was OUTSTANDING. The service was OUTSTANDING. The location was…you guessed it…OUTSTANDING! We went to the North Beach Festival today. The weather was beautiful. The crowd was happy and full of life and music. And we discovered Capo’s. Amazing! We dropped in to rest for a moment and have a glass of wine and water and decide where we were going to explore in the neighborhood. The staff was so enthusiastic and welcoming, we chatted for quite a while as we were people watching and relaxing. After walking through the neighborhood, enjoying the music, we went back to Capo’s for dinner. It was fabulous. We started with the Rosemary Focaccia and olives followed by the 10” cracker thin Old Chicago pizza. For dessert we shared a Budino. For wine we had glasses of Tony’s Super Tuscan. Stellar That’s the only way I can describe the food, the staff and the feeling of Capo’s. We Will Return!

Delicious food, good mocktails, warm and friendly service. We walked in after a show and shared the spaghetti meat sauce and the fried squash flowers stuffed with ricotta. The Chicago sausage and ground beef in the meat sauce was especially savoury and delicious, with a hint of spiciness. Didn’t try the pizzas but they looked amazing. Will come back to try a Detroit pizza next time!

Not ones to go back to the same place twice, but the quality and service of the food at Capo’s was outstanding, so we did actually go back a second time. It was just as amazing in our return visit. The staff remembered us from our first time there, and we were treated really well. This was actually recommended to us by a couple who lived in the area, who we got chatting to at a bar down the street. My husband is a chicken wing addict, and these were the best he’s ever had. If you love thin & crispy pizzas, go for the Cracker Thin… delicious! Thanks to Joe, the guy behind the bar, and the exceptional waitress and greeter (sorry, we didn’t get your names). Would definitely recommend, and will be back if we are ever in San Francisco again.

The service was fast and friendly. The Detroit Pizza was plenty for four people. Wine list was lovely. The artichoke dip was excellent too. Overall an economical dinner night out. Thank you

If you like pizza this is your trump card. The pizza taste the best flavour I’ve had, the photos do not do it justice and Tbf it looked odd when thinking pizzas (from Europe) but the ingredients are fresh tomato I asked for no ricotta, we shared a 13inch and struggled at the half way point, taking the rest home. You will not need starters and suggest you don’t eat much, during the day to fully appreciate the great taste. Local draft beers with great taste and a good atmosphere, walking distance to the wharfs and China town.
