  Comimos palitos de queso, ensalada Cesar y tres tipos de pizza. Todo fue muy delicioso la masa de la pizza delgada y crocante la salsa increible.

  We shared a Caesar salad and a pizza and both were delicious. While it was just my wife and me and we were visiting NYC, it was Mother’s Day and there were a few families who appeared to be local and had been there before. Always a good indicator. We’ll be back the next time we visit.

  I had much higher expectations. I has a plain slice and it was ok but not any better than most of the pizza places splattered all over Manhattan. the slice was on the small side. I had it to order it at the bar to go and it came on a plate in a bag with no napkin (that seemed weird to me, maybe I am off on this point). One nice touch was a sprinkling of fresh parm on the crust. It was ok but I would not return or specifically recommend.

  This restaurant was one of my son's favorite pizza places in NYC. As soon as he heard the chef had opened this place, he made it a point to visit. We had a little trouble getting reservations, but they probably take walk-ins. Stretch has a fun and interesting environment. We were warmly welcomed as we came in and our waiter was nice and helpful. My husband ordered the Spicy Cucumber as a starter and immediately he wanted to order another bowl. Then our Stranger with Pepperoni pizza and the Potato Chip Salad arrived. The dough was cooked to crispy perfection and was so good you could have eaten it without a topping. The key to enjoying food prepared by any kind of serious chef is to get a bite with everything in it. This pizza did not disappoint. The sausage was flavorful and the basil added that balance. After a few bites, I followed my son's advice and added the salad on top. Oh my gosh! Nirvana! Another thing to not miss are their tiny chocolate chip cookies. Get your own serving and you can take some away with you. Just do it. Get those reservations!

  Cute place, awesome servers, delicious pizza, salad and spicy cumbersome! (Sorry for bad pics, too bust eating! Yum!)
