One of the greatest Neapolitan pizza places in the world. Literal perfection. Crust is chewy, crisp and with the right amount of char. The funghi was loaded with garlic and the margarita red sauce was heavenly. This is pizza done well, with high quality ingredients and attention to the details. Very few Neapolitan places reach this calibre, an absolute must try when you visit Sapporo. Easy to see why this pizza wins awards and very well deserved. I will be dreaming about this pizza. The staff are also incredibly helpful and accommodating, and very accessible for English speakers. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Every visit to Sapporo needs a meal at Dalsegno.

Pizzas were great, pasta was so-so, needed more salt and flavor. Definitely, would try again and just order the pizzas. The water buffalo cheese on Margherita STG was the best. Come right when they open at 5pm if you don't have a reservation.

We were wanting something a bit different for dinner besides Japanese food so we ran into this place on our search. We tried 2 pizzas and a glass of wine each, one red, one white. The first pizza we tried was the Salame with red sauce and the other, ricotta cheese with shrimp and corn with a blanco sauce. Both were very delicious but also quite different than each other. The Salame being a bit spicy and salty in a good way. And the other one being more sweet and clean tasting. Both very good pizzas and baked to perfection. The wines were also quite nice. The red tasting like a typical Italian red wine, light, slightly dry and smooth. The white one tasted like a white wine from British Columbia in Canada. Quite tasty if you ask me. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something other than Japanese foods it’s Neapolitan pizza done right.

Excellent food. The pizza is fantastic, especially the crust. The crostini and spaghetti bolognese are also delicious. My only note is for the caprese salad. Please take more care with the tomato and cut it more evenly, and maybe include more basil. All in all, authentic and delicious.

Amazing Neapolitan pizza. The pasta bolognese is superb, especially loved the texture of the pasta. Beautiful oven and space. The spicy olive oil is also delicious.

We went here as a couple to enjoy dinner. The pizzas and pasta were fantastic. The calamari also was really nice, tasty. Highly recommended.
