This is a restaurant found through an online search. Its description reads: “Affordable and authentic home-style cuisine—worth a try.”A friendly-looking gentleman greeted us at the entrance and showed us to our seats. We ordered a serving of Pennoni alla genovese Genoa-style meat sauce pasta, PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE eggplant lasagna, and two draft beers. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Genoa-style meat sauce pasta—it’s a must-try. The total cost for two people was around €30. There are many shops nearby, and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Naples.

Everything was great! The staff were friendly, the atmosphere felt authentic, and most importantly — the pizza was the best we’ve had in Napoli so far. I’d never tried pumpkin flowers on a pizza before, but it was amazing and I’d definitely recommend it!

So, we were headed to our favourite pizza place in Naples only to find they were closed until 7 on Mondays. The gentleman with the fruit stand across the street (which looked amazing!) Pointed us to a pizzeria down the street. Excellent recommendation! Great pizza!! Try the 'A Mimosa - perfetto! The Buffalina, 'A Parmigiana, and Margherita Classica that the rest of the table ordered were excellent as well. Great service! Bonus - air-conditioning. Highly recommended! Get here early or make a reservation. Bonus 2 - the staff were happy to help me with my poor Italian language skills!

First of all we waited more than 50 minutes. Then the pizza seemed to me to be the one from the spicico. I drank all night long, it was salty and it's very expensive anyway. I'm never going back.Read more

We went to this pizzeria because recommended by the Lonely Planet guide and expectations were more than confirmed! The pizza is great and also the first and second courses (there were three of us and we all ate different things). The pizza dough is very light, the tomato tasty and the buffalo mozzarella delicious! I highly recommend coming to this ancient trattoria pizzeria, I will not hesitate to return! Congratulations also for the kindness of the staff!Read more

Good pizza and courteous staff. Maybe the fact of not taking reservations makes you a bit rushed to go out once you finish eating, but I found the same thing in other local places and so I was used to it. Nice and friendly waitress.Read more
