Pizza Lovers say: "Great pizza, delicious tiramisu, and fresh seafood. However, some reviewers found the service to be impolite and the dough heavier than expected."

Great Pizza and a good variety available. This restaurant was clean and the staff were efficient. It was warm and comfortable. The clothing line was amusing. We enjoyed a beer, coffee, and dessert too There is a Banksy nearby and a mural of Maradona. In the church nearby we enjoyed seeing Caravaggio's The Seven Acts of Mercy and the Art Gallery.

I couldn’t manage to book a table through Google, and the restaurant was very busy when we arrived. However, the staff handled it professionally — they let us wait at the bar and found us a table quite quickly. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. The pizza was very large, but the dough felt heavier than expected. I was hoping for a lighter, airier crust like the ones I’ve tried elsewhere in Italy. The T-bone steak, on the other hand, was excellent — high-quality meat, perfectly cooked, and served in a dish that kept it warm while we were eating, which was a great touch. Overall: great service and outstanding steak, but the pizza didn’t quite impress.

Atmosphere ok, looks good, looks traditional and not fancy Food just plain. Medium. Vanilla. Nothing special at all. Pizza is really just regular normal pozza, pasta was not good in my point of view. Prices are good Service, maybe one or two waiters were nice but most of the service team were not polite, not friendly, no good manners

We were attracted by the ambience of the place, and the pizza was great. We could also see the oven where it's prepared. We also tried sea food and salad, and everything was fresh and delicious. Finally, tiramisu served in traditional italian caffetera stole my heart. Highly recommend.

This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The waiter’s behavior was absolutely outrageous — rude, arrogant, and completely unacceptable. From the very beginning, his attitude was hostile and disrespectful. We felt unwelcome and treated with open contempt. His tone was unpleasant, his responses were dismissive, and his overall conduct was simply disgraceful. It was clear that customer service is not something this place values at all. We were a group of nine people and decided to leave before even placing our order because the situation was so uncomfortable and offensive. That alone says everything about the level of service. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you expect even basic courtesy and professionalism.

We were in Naples for a week. Had a very nice lunch at Capasso a few days ago, so called in again yesterday before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, the spaghetti in my bolognaise was slightly undercooked and too firm for me to eat. (I cannot digest undercooked pasta, it makes me ill). I had to refuse it, but the staff were very understanding and didn’t make me pay for it.
