We went to De Vito twice whilst we were staying at the Il San Cristoforo - we can't understand why the ratings are low for this place, it's a very authentic restaurant serving fantastic food. It isn't super modern but it adds to the charm and the views from the courtyard over the Bay of Naples are fantastic. The waiters who served us were very professional and accommodating and the sharing platter was a real taste of local cuisine made with passion. The chefs even drove us to and from the restaurant for free. Definitely worth visiting if you want an authentic Italian eating experience.

Our hotel was near by. The address was recommended by the hotel and we were very happy with the quality of the pizza.

Very nicely surprised after some bad experience with other Italian's restaurants where customer service was really poor and unfriendly. We visited De Vito twice and were served by Massimo who advised us with menu, was very friendly and chatty. Food very good as we were hoping to have. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I arrived in Naples after leaving Rome and found ourselves between lunch and dinner. After speaking with our hotel staff, they called de Vito's and they sent a car to pick us up and brought us here 1 hour before they opened. Shortly after arriving we were presented with several plates of delicious homemade food. Took us out to the back terrace and showed us around, introduced us to the owner/chef and a few of the staff. All and all, it was a wonderful first impression and a fantastic eating experience. Old world charm mixed with a warm and inviting atmosphere along with outdoor seating with a beautiful view.

I highly recommend. I hope my photo comes through ok. It’s hard to see all of Napoli all at once. There’s tall buildings. Winding roads. This restaurant was a truly beautiful view. The first panoramic view I’ve seen. …

What a great restaurant with such kind service. Missimo picked us up from our hotel nearby and brought us back after our meal. Delicious pizzas, pasta and roasted fish. Not at all touristy, looks like where the locals all come.
