  Anyone thinking of staying in this hotel, it is not worth it. One of the worst hotels 1. Got lost trying to find this place, it is not an easy place to find. I initially thought it was a scam when i walked through the corridor up the stairs, with the peeled out walls and dirty floors. No one waiting at the front desk as well, it's more like self service, they leave the key hanging at the door which i feel is a huge security risk as other customers can enter the room before you arrive. 2. Day 3 We contacted management and asked if someone entered are room, they were very dishonest and blatantly lied and said the cctv did not capture anyone entering the room. How we knew someone entered the room was when we unlocked the door it was only locked once, we always made sure to double lock the doors. We also knew they came in 2 out of 5 nights of our stay here when we specifically told them we do not want room cleaning services as we leave the room for the day. So why would they come in right after we said that? We truly felt anxious and concerned for our safety of our belongings, not knowing , whether staff or someone else with a physical key entered our room. We completely understand if it was mandatory for staff to come in to check on the room, we would have really appreciated if they were forthcoming with their rules instead of lying and saying no one entered. We would also have packed up all our personal belongings in a bag with locks if mandatory checks were required. It felt like our privacy was violated and the fact that they lied made us feel unsafe. We had personal documents and valuables just laying out. 3. On the last night of our stay, the aircon completely broke down, the nights before, the aircon would work for awhile and air would stop coming out and it will be a whole cycle on and off throughout the night. Had to leave the windows open with all the noise from outside. I must say that the staffs of this hotel were very lovely and helpful, they did nothing wrong. The problem really is in the management of this hotel. We originally booked it because it was next to the spanish steps, in the centre of the night life. We realised that it was the wrong choice, they advertised themselves as a hotel but in actual fact its just a cluster of ‘units’ all on the same floor of a very old building sandwiched between restaurants and other apartment buildings. The ventilation is bad, shower room has a smell that comes out of the drain and stinks up the whole room, the windows and walls are so thin, you can hear the nightlife from inside the room with windows closed and even foot steps upstairs. We had the worst sleep ever in our life in this 'hotel' and on top of that also felt very unsafe with all our belongings in the hotel.

  DO NOT STAY HERE Giving a warning to anyone looking to book. We always place something small behind our door so we know whenever someone enters our room while we are away. Two seperate occasions on our 5 night stay we had someone enter our room while we told the staff we required no cleaning and completed our towel exchange outside our door Owner calls us liars and refuses to show the cctv footage. We believe there is nefarious reasons in play, hidden cameras or something else??? Anyone reading should spend a bit more time and STAY AWAY from here if you value safety

  The hotel is nice and affordable. The rooms are spacious and clear, perfect for the price we are paying, there is AC as well. There is no noise coming from the street. There is breakfast included - normal food such as toast, prosciutto, cheese, coffee and some pastries, good enough to start the day and the quality was good. The hotel is located near the Spanish steps - around 3 minutes walk so the location is very good. The Trevi fountain is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I'd recommend it if you are looking for a hotel in the area.

  I visited Elysium suites collection on March 2023 along with 2 friends. We stayed for 2 nights at the triple room on the first floor. The check in was really easy. A. welcomed us (reception until 15:30) and he was always polite and friendly during our stay. The place was in the heart of Rome, we could see the Spanish steps from our window. Even though the room was on the street where fashion stores and cafes are located, the place was really quiet. The room was really big and convenient, with big wardrobes, warm during cold days, clean enough and the sheets were really clean too. I liked really much the aesthetics of the room and the bathroom was awsome. The triple room was exactly as it seems in the pictures. The entrance of the building was a bit smelly, but not a problem for me. The breakfast was ok to start your day. It was definitely worth our money, I would recommend it and I would visit it again.
