UPDATE: Still has the best dough/crust. Keeping the 5 star status. Five stars and well deserve. FOOD: Fresh ingredients and by far the BEST crunchy pizza in Italy. I ordered one diavolo whole pizza (not as crunchy) and one crunchy slice. I even tried their pistachio croissant and that was also superb. Makes me want to drive 30 min for quick breakfast. SERVICE: Really catered for carryouts but they have tables. Order your food and they will serve (not self service). Friendly folks and quick. Nothing to complain about. LOCATION: Really easy to find. On the main street. I parked by the central and walked 5 minute to this place. Not an issue. COST: less than 10 euros, you will get your fill. That is either ordering whole pizza (not as crunchy) or one slice by weight (very crunchy). MISC: If you have to select only one to try, then I suggest the crunchy pizza. Its different.

Lots of premade pizza in big slices. Pick what you want and they make it hot and further cut it into smaller pieces. Eat in or take out. Simple and easy.

Sono stata in questa pizzeria al taglio di domenica sera alle ore 20:00. Erano presenti sul bancone solo gusti particolari e i classici, tipo margherita o wurstel, erano già terminati. La ragazza al bancone parecchio scortese, sia quando ho chiesto se ci fossero dei tranci classici, sia quando ho chiesto di che gusto fossero le pizze al bancone doppio crunch, dato che essendo chiuse non si riesce a capire bene che cosa hanno all’interno…Io adoro il ristorante di Renato, ma alla Bakery penso che non ci tornerò più. È un vero peccato che una pizza di così buona qualità venga presentata in questo modo.
