Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. But the highlight is the pizza. I had a gourmet "La burrata" pizza with buffalo mozzarella. An explosion of flavors. Fabulous, fragrant dough and perfect cooking. Compliments to "pizza chef" Tiziana. I hope to return to Minervino Murge soon, both for the special people I meet and to enjoy more of Balcone's excellent pizza. Thank you.

The combinations of ingredients are thoughtful and satisfying, and the dough is made just right, with the right consistency and digestibility. It's wonderful that such a young woman is putting in the effort and achieving excellent results. Keep up the good work. I forgot to mention the truly excellent panzerotti. Pizza with tuna fillets, confit cherry tomatoes, dates, crispy onions, and a remarkable black olive powder. The location is welcoming, as all pizzerias should be, in my opinion.

Attracted by the videos on social media, we went to try the famous panzerotti... truly disappointed... raw panzerotto inside... burnt pizza underneath and topped with pieces of unspeakable cheese that hadn't even melted... the worst 16 euros we've ever spent...
