One of those proper authentic Roman spots that totally lives up to the hype. Even though it’s famous and always packed, the quality is still so good. We got the funghi and the salame pizzas — both were sooo yummy. Thin, crispy base and full of flavour. Exactly what you want from a pizza in Rome. Staff were super friendly too. 100% recommend if you want real, authentic pizza in Rome.

While I was reading other reviews, I was thinking to myself have we been to the same place because I don’t know what these people in the reviews are talking about. This place is absolutely one of the most beautiful Roman pizza style places you can try in Rome. This place was also recommended to us by a local. Very, very authentic, simple, just how it should be. We paid €31 for two large pizzas and two cokes. I think that’s more than reasonable. Pizza was extremely thin, extremely juicy. The staff were super attentive, real Romans, generous and caring. 10 across the board. Highly recommend if you’re passing through. By the way, there wasn’t a wait at all. We got seated instantly.

It's a pretty good Roman pizzeria! The pizzas were really great – super thin crust and every one was delicious. We had the anchovy critone and a caprese as a starter. Honestly, the food is good, so I'd definitely recommend checking it out. Just be aware that it gets super busy, and the service can be a little rough around the edges – the staff isn't exactly the friendliest, to be honest.

Small Italian pizza place near the pantheon and Trevi fountain. Recommended by the local airport taxi and popular among locals too! (There were so many Italian speakers around us during lunch so we know this place is legit). The pizza baffecto has an egg and was superb. This place is close to giolitti—famous gelato place. The line is out the door so come early but the wait is worth it. Pizza is delicious and kids ate every single bit of it. We loved watching them make the pizzas while waiting. These pizzas are all handcrafted and the artisans are so skilled in the tiny kitchen.

Really solid Roman style pizza at a no frills restaurant. We arrived 5 mins before opening and there were already a few people waiting. …

We came here on the recommendation of a friend from Rome, and we didn’t regret it. Especially the artichoke and egg pizza was absolutely excellent. The waiters were very kind. They provided fast and friendly service. On the first day of our trip to Rome, we had a wonderful Italian pizza. Thank you.
