Very pleasant staff who were very helpful when choosing our food. My wife had the Gluten Free Margarita Pizza and added Mushrooms. It was a proper homemade base. I had the Satay Pizza on a pan base. Very light and fluffy unlike Pan Pizza in the UK. Good to find somewhere that catered for GF and Non-GF. Worth a visit.

A unique concept. I really liked the Chickenella pizza which combined Italian and Thai flavours. The service was super friendly and accommodating. At the end of dinner we tried a chocolate truffle with sea salt from Trapani and it was mind blowingly good. Compliments to the chef.

We were very disappointed with this restaurant, which was overpriced with mediocre food and atmosphere. The menu, only available via QR code, is difficult to decipher and a rather weird combination of items. The prices are high and the food very average. We were a table of four in an empty restaurant and later two people came in on a Friday night. I would never come to Fuzion again and would not recommend it.

Wonderful place, unusual combo of dishes but all absolutely delicious, and the staff really care about their food. We had all vegetarian things and they were great. Highly recommend!
