  Delicious Capricciosa pizza and excellent pasta. The interior design is interesting and stylish, and the service is professional and attentive. A great place for Italian food — highly recommended!

  BEST PIZZA during our whole trip across several cities in Italy 🇮🇹!!!! Honestly, at first I thought this place was a tourist spot and didn’t expect much, and we were tired and almost got cold after a day trip from the seaside due to the strong wind, but no restaurants were open around 5pm except Impasto, so we decided to give it a go. Oh man, the pizza was HEAVEN (btw we got pizza capricciosa)!!!! The ingredients/toppings were fresh and tasty, and the dough was magic! I feel like we were healed after that meal lol. Plus the owner was amazing too. Will be revisiting.

  Tourists with limited Italian language skills, were graciously looked after by this amazing team. We were seeking an authentic Italian food experience and Impasto delivered. Excellent in every way. The pasta Carbonara was memorable. Thanks 🙏 to all for making this a lovely experience.

  Our first experience in Cagliari, and we immediately fell in love with the Sardinian people and cuisine. Heartwarmingly kind yet professional service, first-class local dishes, and excellent wines. On top of that, they were open even during siesta, which was a lifesaver for some hungry Hungarians. Thank you for everything!

  We sat outside, at the square and it was perfect. The inside area is much larger, so beautiful as well! We were staying at the block and been there 3 times in a 5 days stay. Pasta was beyond and the pizza sarda, mamma mia!! Couldn’t recommend this place better.

  Wonderful, fresh pasta served in large portions for very fair price! We thoroughly enjoyed Imposto, the service was attentive and quick, despite busy hours. The food was amazing and was very reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a traditional taste of Italy, while visiting Cagliari!

  The location and atmosphere were nice, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We had to wait a very long time for everything. Even after ordering dessert, we waited more than 45 minutes, and in the end, we just paid the bill and left because it never arrived. The food was also quite overrated. The beef tartare as a starter was very good, but both the seafood pasta and the carbonara were disappointing and lacked flavor. Overall, the prices were quite high considering the quality of the food and the service we received
