Panificio Guccione is one of the most renowned bakeries in the city. They have a wide variety of breads, and I found them to be of good quality. But the thing I'd definitely go back for is their sfincione and their truly excellent pizza al pala. The service both times seemed a bit lazy, not the best. Does it deserve the fame it's gained over the years? I don't know, but I'd go back.

First time at Guccione, but I've always heard good things about it and today I can only give 5 stars, if there had been 10 it would have deserved all 10... welcoming little place, bread of all kinds, leavening and various and excellent flours... black bread with carob, never eaten before, EXTRAORDINARY... fragrant, crunchy on the outside and soft and tasty inside! Exceptional panettone: soft to melt in your mouth, very tasty and very fragrant! Super approved and highly recommended! Congratulations, well done👏
