🍕 One of the best pizzas I've had in Córdoba 📍 Pizzeria Adrián From Palma del Río, land of oranges 🍊, this pizzeria offers a well-crafted menu that blends Neapolitan pizza with local ingredients and Cordoban touches. It's clear they have technique, expertise, and a passion for what they do. We tried a pizza with tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, Roquefort cheese, salmon, mozzarella pearls, orange marmalade and coral, basil, and extra virgin olive oil from Los Pedroches, finished with orange zest. It might sound daring, but the balance is spectacular: the citrus notes add freshness, and the sweetness is perfectly integrated without being cloying. 🍕 The dough is one of its greatest strengths: over 72 hours of fermentation, very light, airy, and crispy—the kind you devour without even realizing it. 🍊 They work with local and seasonal produce, which is much appreciated and makes all the difference in flavor. Plus, the menu has options for all tastes, always with high-quality ingredients and excellent value for money. 👉 Highly recommended if you like good pizza, well-made and with character. A pizzeria worth visiting (or returning to). Córdoba isn't just about salmorejo. You can also find top-notch pizza here. 🍕💛

We went to try the orange pizza. The dining area is small and we had to wait, but the service was very good (perhaps a little noisy). At the very least, the pizza is original. The combination of flavors is well-balanced and the crust is perfectly cooked.

A place to enjoy truly delicious pizzas, both their regular menu options, which you can enjoy on Wednesdays with a 3-for-2 discount, and their "gourmet" pizzas, such as the Cheese Lovers. The staff is very friendly and they serve you fairly quickly. You also have the option of ordering delivery. And at their restaurant, they allow reservations for birthdays, get-togethers with friends, etc. You have to try them!
