Probably the best pizza I've ever had. Guanciale nerro is to die for and the tiramisu is perfectly executed. They deserve every single award they have on their walls.

We wanted to visit since it's 15th in Europe's top 50 pizza places list, all pizzas ver delicious! A bit far from old town but in a good neighborhood. Worth walking for a good pizza!

Ignore the negative reviews…it’s from people who have never had real Napoli pizza before. The pizza was delcious, flavorful and fresh. The restaurant itself had a great vibe too it, my friends enjoyed their beer as well. Almost too many pizzas to chose from, excellent choice of toppings. In a nice quiet area too, not overly busy on a Saturday night.

Easy in top 3 pizza places of Zagreb. The place is very fancy and the service is quite swift. Pizza is very good, contemporary Neapolitan style, but in my opinion a little bit undercooked. Plenty of choice in the menu with interesting combinations of gourmet ingredients and also classic pizzas. To be honest a bit pricy for a pizza but the ingredients are really goods so it’s acceptable. Reservation is warmly suggested.

There is alot of similar new places that offer pizzas like Franko's. So what makes it better here? In our humble opinion, Frankos offers many different styles, maybe even most of them all. All the pizzas we ordered were fresh ingredients, carefully put together for best experience. Place is decorated in style, and we really enjoyed our 1h visit with kids. Could have better selection of beers!

Horrible experience! First time visiting Zagreb from London so my family & I thought we indulge in a pizza for lunch after an exhausting flight but was very disappointed with the service of this so called "restaurant". After initially being seated we weren't even offered drinks so I had to get up and walk to the bar to order sodas for my children. When pizza finally arrived after 30+ min, it was served lukewarm with no condiments offered. In general, staff were rude and unhelpful making children wait longer than necessary. In hindsight we should've refused to pay for such a poor service but didn't want to make a scene to upset my children. Needless to say, we are never coming back and wouldn't recommend.
