The only three-star rating is the service, especially when we called to order this classic pan-fried tomato pizza. Three stars only because they were charmingly honest over the phone in clarifying the potential wait, given that it was Saturday night. For the rest, I'd give it zero stars based on my disappointing, inconvenienced experience. Even though I was aware of my choice to eat a pan-fried pizza, we expected all the crunch and freshness that comes across on social media. Unfortunately, however, the crunch was due to the pan being cooked at high temperatures and subsequently burning. The "buffalo mozzarella" was, I'd say, almost nonexistent. But the real highlight was the sauce, alas, even less than boiled. Zero flavor, zero aroma, zero aroma. All this for the modest price of €9.50 for three pan-fried pizzas. This evening I threw away three pizzas and about €30. I'm posting photos of the product I purchased compared to the one posted on the menu...!! What can I say, disappointed!!

Quality ingredients, friendly service, and moderate prices. I found the pizza to be truly delicious, with careful attention to the dough and unique combinations. The beer list is good. With the right attention and sophistication, even in the fried foods, which deserve further exploration, they can easily rank among the best pizzerias in the province of Naples. Highly recommended.
