Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing fritti, incredibly light and crispy Roman pizza crust. Some found the fillings bland or the hype not worth the wait."

Went here on a date night with my wife. Reservations are necessary, restaurant was full at 7PM. We’re both Italian. The food: 2 fritti (suppli and pure fritto) were good, although not great. For example, the suppli didn’t taste much of tomato, and had more mozzarella than the usual filling. The pure fritto had mint, which was a strange combination, not balanced. The pizza was good, five stars for Roman pizza, which is all about the toppings. Their toppings were great: boscaiola and the one with porchetta. Pizza is very big, thin and crispy. The place: minimal, nice. The service: good, fast. The price: relatively cheap. 4.5 star food, five star service and atmosphere. Loses points for the “communal table”, which has 0 privacy. In my opinion, no need to drive this far to eat a good Roman pizza in Rome. Loses a star on the fritti. It was also very loud.

The best pizza 🍕 we had in Rome. 100% recommended, the food was perfect. Be careful, don't go without a reservation. Although we were waiting because we didn't know that we should call for a reservation, the staff gave us a table and we enjoyed the experience.

If your a tourist and looking for true pizza romana experience, Do not hesitate to dine here. Trust me You will have world class pizzeria experience. Locals, already know so I don’t need to brag more how good this place is. Fried food is no question best food in the world. Even if you compare with Michelin star restaurants, I don’t think they make suppli as good as 180 grammi pizzeria romana. Pizza dough incredibly light, thin, crispy, flavorful and toppings are vibrant and high quality. Just pure joy when you consume this pizza. All high quality ingredients. Staffs and owner are world class people. Clearly they are proud of what the serving, genuinely nice, warm hospital minded people. They deserve more spotlight from worldwide. The best pizzeria period

The fritti at 180grammi was absolutely amazing—crispy with a delightful crunch and perfectly paired sauces, making it totally worth trying. The pizza was also really good, with an incredibly thin and crispy crust, very Roman in style. However, considering all the hype and the need to secure a spot on their waitlist, I'm not entirely convinced it's worth the wait. That said, it’s still a good spot to check out at least once, especially if you're a fan of Roman-style pizza.

Honestly, I don't understand if everyone who praises it has eaten at the same place I ate at last night. The fried items were good, but the only thing truly on point was the crust, because the filling was off. The rice inside the supplì was completely overcooked, and the flavors, in general, were slightly bland. Pizzas were a disaster. The one with provola, potatoes, and ham was like cardboard: dry, with little cheese, and tasteless ham. The margherita and the boscaiola were average stuff, better than the other, but still something that can be found anywhere at a lower price, without as much hype, and without having to book weeks in advance. I also agree with those who complain about the service. Let people enjoy their meal in peace: I understand the need to respect the 90-minute slot, but pressuring tables to order doesn't make the dining experience enjoyable for guests. I won't be going back, and I won't recommend it.
