Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing Neapolitan pizza, especially the truffle mushroom egg and margarita, with fresh ingredients and friendly staff. However, some found it pricey and occasionally noisy."

Ran into this amazing Italian restaurant by chance and boy was I impressed! Everything was super fresh and tasty and very reasonably priced. I had a full Wagyu steak Italian style with a margarita pizza that was baked in a traditional wood-fired oven and my bill was cheaper than anywhere else that I had Wagyu steak at in Fukuoka. Really amazing food and very friendly staff with excellent service. They even gave me a dessert gift at the end! 🙏🙏😊

The space is beautiful and we got to sit outdoors. It was a nice dinner and we loved the pizza! BUT, something we didn't know is that they charge PER seat and every person must order a drink and entree. My husband and I are very used to sharing food so we had to order more food than we're typically used to. Despite the pizza being delicious, we felt the cost was not worth it for us. We felt it would have been rude to get up and leave when we found out about the seating fee, so we didn't. If we knew this in advance, we wouldn't have eaten there. It was one of the more expensive meals we had, but it was overall a good dining experience.

This truffle, mushoom and egg pizza was absolutely fire. Dinner time only. Staff were especially kind and understanding.

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday at 630 and the place was absolutely rammed with people and didn't stop till 9 pm when we left. Would say the pizza is great but wasn't to amazed with the other dishes - they were not bad just nothing to rave about. Dessert was awesome! Would say come here for a few pizzas, wine and wrap up with a dessert from the extensive dessert menu!

I had mixed feelings about this place. The pizza was delicious, mushroom and mozzarella were very tasty. The decoration is nice, and the pasta were well cooked. But...first, it was pricy (3800¥ for a pizza and a plate of pasta). It can feel quite noisy/saturated. Some people in the kitchen were wearing their masks under their nose or their chin. And the lemon pastas were unbalanced, very acid, but not really lemonish. Nevertheless I would recommend the place. But at calm hours and with some specific orders.

Absolutely amazing I would go as far as saying it’s probably one of the best pizza I’ve ever had the pizza chef I asked for Diavola, which he didn’t have, but he made one for me but actually vesuvio was better but diavola also amazing. You must try it we are going back tonight and …….. amazing staff and atmosphere

Have been eating this place for the first time this past Sunday. Pizzas are well filled with tasty ingredient, crispy dough, well prepared and cooked in general. Beyond this I have tried Arancini which were super good. I mean the best I've had here in Japan. This place is a spot, you want to eat good Italian meals here in Fukukuoka? It's there.

My wife and I have visited Pizzeria da Gaetano several times for dinner recently, and everything we had was authentically Italian, made with imported agreements, and absolutely fresh. The atmosphere here is friendly and the service is excellent, despite the fact that the restaurant is almost always full, with happy diners enjoying the excellent food. I highly recommend Gaetano for a delicious meal and a fun evening!

Located in Fukuoka city, near to Yakuin station. It's possibly the best pizza I've ever eaten in Japan. Authentic pizza dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, cap chino... Everything is out of this world! And waiters are excellent as well. If you happen to be in the area, it's definitely to worth a visit.
