  Ordered through DoorDash and was genuinely impressed—this is truly great pizza. It’s rare for takeout to be this good, and now I definitely want to visit in person. We ordered the Porteño (meat pizza) and the Peras (vegetarian) since our son is vegetarian, and both were excellent. Even the leftovers held up wonderfully—reheated in an air fryer, they tasted fantastic. We also tried the churro donuts. On their own they were okay, but with the sauce, they were really good. Highly recommended for pizza lovers, and a great pairing with your favorite beverage—beer, wine, or a non-alcoholic choice 😉

  First time trying this place (doordash order) and while it was pricey, it was also very good! The pizza crust is so yummy and was still soft and tasty when I warmed up my final pieces from the fridge 5 days later! The leftovers were just as good as the fresh pizza (reheat in oven). The flavors were fantastic, I had the pepperoni and the one with pear and dill. Both so, so good. It might be a bit of a splurge for the common man, but certainly worth it for quality, tasty pizza!

  Went to the Minneapolis Boludo. Great cozy place. They have a variety of pizza options that you can pair with some good beer options. The Empanadas are to die for. Between two of us one pizza and two empanadas was a lot of food. Great taste, wonderful service, warm smiles, cozy atmosphere

  Fabulous weekday lunch date! We went for empanadas and added the De la Casa salad. We received great service by the bubbly staff & quick service. Being our first visit we tried puerro and espinaca, we preferred the humita and carne options. Sadly it didn’t feel too busy…go give them some business. You won’t regret it.

  We got the Porteño and the Peras pizzas. Oh my gosh all the flavors together of the Porteño are PHENOMENAL (Pancetta, pickled peppers, red onions) and the crispy edges of the Pancetta made it perfect! Cheese on the crust was amazing as well! The Peras was gorgeous. Pear, dill and light gorgonzola. Super scrumptious! The service was friendly and awesome also. We will definitely be back for the pepperoni pizza and empanadas!❤️🍕

  I went to bólido for first time in the middle of the pandemic . It was a great experiencia. I did have the pear pizza and spinach empanada. Amazing quality of food. Today, I order empanadas and it was very disappointed. The filing (beef) was very salty and spicy. It was ground beef. The crust was not toast or crispy, actually was soaking in the filing and falling apart. The one more tasty was the spinach one. But it is smaller than ever! The one with corn did not have any flavor and also was burned.

  We went to the one on 4th Street, near the Vikings' Stadium. This restaurant is all about empanadas and pizzas. But important to understand, they do not make traditional Argentinian empanadas (I say Argentinian because I was told this was an Argentine place/name) or traditional Italian pizzas. They prepared everything with more of a modern fusion approach. For example, they used mozzarella cheese and olives with the empanadas, as well as some spices used more for Italian food. And the pizzas used not only mozzarella cheese but also reggiano cheeses. But the crust was crispy, and not overdone. My empanada had shredded chicken and marinara sauce in it - it was good, but not to die for. A warning about the Cesar salad - it's not your traditional caesar salad. It is sections of romaine hearts with dressing drizzled over it and some kind of hello cheese sprinkled all over. It was good but again, if you are a traditionalist, this may not be for you. Overall reasonably priced. My family liked it here, but our friends who are from Mexico did not as they expected traditionally prepared foods!

  The food was great, but the counter service was something else. We had to help ourselves to cutlery and napkins while the staff, who couldn’t have been less interested, watched on and for the privilege, they charged us a service fee. I guess we were paying extra to be treated like an inconvenience. What a treat!

  Atmosphere was nice. It is an order and seat yourself but they do bring the food to you. We had the Campo Pizza -Argentinian choriza, mushroom, onion, mozzarella, san marzano.. I have to say it was the best pizza i’ve had! Amazing taste. Would be better if they offered more drink selection but overall a great place.

  Four friends and I came in on our first night on a weekend trip to Minneapolis. We got one each of the carne and espinaca empanadas to split, Cesar salad and fugazzetta pizza. Also two bottles of Dona Paula wine. Everything, I mean everything, was so good. To me the Cesar salad was especially addictive. Lots of garlic, so beware, but just addictive with those spicy and crunchy breadcrumbs on top. As were the onions on the pizza. Yum!!
