Great NY pizza. As a former Nyer I know what makes it so. However, wish the bottom crust was cooked a little more to make it crack when you fold it in half. All in all good sauce taste, right amount of oil & cheese a little more pep & sausage would be nice. But a winner go try a Ziggy's pie. We got 18 inch for 4 of us 2 slices each wish I had gotten the 24 inch for leftovers. Friendly service, order a pie at the counter then sit down for a treat.

The pizza is legit. The cheese, the sauce, it all tastes correct. Good crunch to the crust. Foldable, but ngl I did expect it to be a tad bit bigger. All in all though a good slice, I did enjoy it. The interior of the restaurant is a little campy, but they’re trying to recreate the old school pizzeria vibe, it’s fine. Parking can be tough, the lot is small and there’s a few other businesses in the vicinity. If you’re in the area they’re worth a visit for sure.

Picked up a pizza with all pepperoni and half mushroom on my way home and couldn’t resist grabbing a couple slices right away. It totally hit the spot, no complaints at all. If you’re into garlic, definitely add it, it really pulls all the flavors together.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted with such a genuinely warm and loving welcome. The customer service was truly above and beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. We’re visiting from California, and finding a new place that completely knocks it out of the park on the very first visit is rare—especially for our big family of seven. My family loved the food (cheese pizza, stromboli, calzone, garlic knots and caesar salad were all a hit), and the atmosphere was beautifully down-to-earth, inviting, and comfortable. We also really appreciated how open and spacious it was, with seating that easily accommodated our large family—something that’s hard to come by. The owners should be incredibly proud of what they’ve created here. The next time we visit, this will be the only pizza place we’ll be coming to. Highly recommend!

UPDATED REVIEW SEPTEMBER 2025: What happened to this formerly amazing pizza place? Tastes nothing like it used to, the dough and crust were terrible, the pizza was barely cooked and lacked that authentic NY pizza taste and appearance. They declined too much for me to return. This is no longer representative of NY/NJ pizza. ******************** I am originally from NY and grew up there and in New Jersey and craved real NY pizza in the greater Phoenix area and have yet to find it until now. Yopauly's New York Pizza is the real deal. They even said, "How you doin?" when we walked in. That's when we knew we were at home and the pizza would be good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked them to turn off the ceiling fans and they did no problem. They even gave us free mini cannolis. They have great lunch specials that include a fountain drink. I got two slice of any kind of pizza (choose your own toppings is also an option) with a fountain drink for $7.99. If you get two cheese slices with a fountain drink it's only $5.99. Can't beat that. I ordered one slice with black olives and one slice with mushrooms. Both were amazing and reminded me so much of the authentic thin crust pizza in NY. My mom had the calzone which was huge and very good as well. We had several people in our party -- one had spaghetti and meatballs and another two shared a large pie (NY slang for pizza). We all enjoyed our food and were over the moon to find a place that actually reminded us of home. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked which impressed me. Can't say anything negative about this place. I love it!!

This pizza was just okay so I give it the "average" 3-star rating. Nothing wrong with it but I just cannot say the pizza was incredible. It will do in a pinch, but I would not go there again due to "oh my gosh must have that pizza". It's just okay.

Great family run pizzeria! Clean, bright, welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and warm service by the entire staff. The pizza we ordered, Ziggy's Favorite ZA with pepperoni, sausage, sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil was classic New York with a thin, foldable crust. The delicious sausage was sliced like pepperoni. We also enjoyed a basic, yet tasty Caesar salad with crunchy, but not super-hard croutons. To complement the pizza, we ordered buffalo wings (after all, there was an NFL playoff game on the TVs!). They were generously sized with just the right tangy spiciness. We really enjoyed the friendly, family atmosphere and food here....Easily recommend.

Food was great, had garlic knots and 14 pizza for my wife and I, it was plenty of food. In a moment of weakness, I ordered the cannolis to go (awesome)
