This is a very good restaurant with a cool back story. The service is excellent. The food for the most part is very good as well. We ordered fritto misto 4/5, parlor Insalata 5/5, heirloom margherita with added prosciutto 5/5, Calabrian 5/5, Salsicca 3/5, and a banana pudding recipe 5/5. Good local beer and wine selections.

I enjoy dining at The Parlor because of the unique menus and fresh ingredients. We started with the bone marrow for the appetizer that was amazing and worth it had so much good flavor loved it! We ordered two pizzas and a salad. First pizza was the pesto and pine nuts and second was the mushroom pizza with truffle oil(Fungi) both pizza were great...l liked mushroom pizza more Flavor and more crisp crust. I still give the edge to Pizzeria Bianco I personally think their pizza is better and the best in AZ for this stile of pizza. The service was excellent and friendly. Also Patio seating available. 100% recommend!

The Parlor is easily one of my top picks in the Valley—if I could hand out extra stars, I’d do it. Their wood‑fired pizza hits the sweet spot with a perfectly charred crust, and the roasted olives plus the fritto misto are solid side choices. Pair it with the Theodore cocktail (vodka, lime, basil) for a refreshing twist, and you’ve got a decent wine list to back it up. Service is sharp and detail‑oriented, and the modern, relaxed vibe makes the whole experience feel effortless. 10 out of 10!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Start to finish, great service, great food, great vibes. Zero complaints, everything was standout. Pizza and pasta were delicious, the garden crudite board was next level with most things thoughtfully roasted and two delicious dips, could have been a full on meal in and of itself. Only regret is not ordering more pizza to go and have for later. See photos! Love the concrete block motif carried throughout, from the original facade through to block pattern stamps on the walls and receipt clipboards.

Dinner at The Parlor was amazing, and we loved sitting out on the patio with such friendly and attentive service. The golden beet salad and roasted cauliflower were delicious starters, and both pizzas especially the spicy Florentine were cooked perfectly with great flavor. It’s a perfect spot for a date night, and we’ll definitely be back to catch their happy hour next time.

Great pizza and atmosphere. A little pricey for what you got but the quality makes up for the portions. Server was friendly.

I've been to the Parlor maybe half a dozen times. It is very busy for dinners, especially on the weekends and rainy days. I love the margherita pizza and roma, not a huge fan of the autunnale. The service is pretty fast and the staff is very friendly and give good recommendations. Parking is generally easy, seating is also pretty easy. Just be prepared to wait.

Phoenix is really underrated for its pizza, and this is one of the places that fits into this category. We did takeout from here as they’re really busy for sit down service. The pizzas are delicious, well made and with excellent crust. The staff is really nice and helpful. It’s worth going to alongside other excellent Phoenix pizza places.

Delicious pizza and salad! We dined outside and it wasn’t bad with misting and fans. The salad had slices of applied and nuts and it was amazing. The pizza: build your own with meatball (yes, you can get that), mushroom, and onion. It was superb! Our waitresses were amazing! All around a perfect dinner.
