Pizza Lovers say: "Incredible pizza with fresh ingredients and light, fluffy dough. The onion pizza is a standout. Service can be inconsistent and the atmosphere is loud."

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is truly 10/10. The pizza was incredibly good and so fresh — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. A special thank you to Walter for his excellent service, and to the manager, who was incredibly attentive and even took the time to give us great recommendations. Definitely a place I would come back to again and again.

Had a really great experience here! The food was delicious, especially the pizza — fresh, well-made, and full of flavor. What really stood out was the service. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made excellent recommendations, which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed meal. While everything was done very well, it didn’t quite have that extra “wow” factor that would make it a regular go-to spot for me. That said, it’s definitely a solid place with great food and service, and I’d happily recommend it to others for one time experience.

We had a really great experience here. The pizza was absolutely delicious — especially the onion pizza, which was honestly the best one we tried. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and just incredibly satisfying. …

Decent Italian pizza in possibly the nicest looking pizza restaurant in the city… I enjoyed the margherita and pasta al pomodoro but I find the place inconsistent and very poor service …also terribly loud and not the best choices in music The pizza dough is fluffy and light as it should be. If you are Italian like me you will enjoy it but not the wait nor the service

Open for a few months in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Francesco Martucci arrives carrying the accolades baggage of “World’s #1 Best Pizza”; this hype got me to hip Wynwood on a rainy weekend. The ambiance is a dark wood, very tall ceiling cathedral-like room. Wait staff and hospitality were very nice. On this first visit, I tried: - La Colorada Amber Lager - a tasty glass of beer (that paired well with a flavorful pizza) - Orto Mediterraneo salad (Papaya, Tomato, Radish, Red Onion with vinaigrette) - average salad (I’d try a different dish next time) - Pizza: Capricciosa Secondo Martucci - Black olives, artichoke, mushrooms, pecorino, prosciutto, and crispy salame - - DELICIOUS TASTY PIZZA; very nice flavors on mouthwatering puffy rimmed, Neapolitan crust. There’s numerous choices and variations of pizzas to choose from. I have no basis nor opinion as to who(?) or what(?) or where (?) is the World’s Best Pizza. My opinion of Francesco Martucci Wynwood is that DELICIOUS OUTSTANDING PIZZA is served here!! When given the chance, I’d very much like to return to sample more menu and PIZZA choices!

We were excited to visit and taste the highly touted pizza and other food options. Service by Christina was five star. Professional, knowledgeable and attentive. We decided to start w a pizza to share. The pizza arrived lukewarm to cold at the center. Christina was genuinely apologetic and offered to take the pizza back and re-heat it. When the price of a pizza is $38, the response should be ‘we will prepare a fresh pizza’. That did not happen. The pizza was returned and the center was still cold. Our next choices all came out hot, flavorful and steaming - no exaggeration. We enjoyed the fritti, the tortellini and the wagyu beef. We finished our dining experience with the tiramisu. Another excellent choice! Not sure why a ‘Michelin’ chef restaurant wouldn’t do their best to make a guest happy and prepare a fresh pizza when the first one was lacking. We won’t make a repeat visit.

I had the pleasure of dining at this innovative pizzeria, and I was welcomed with a delightful amuse-bouche: a mini vase filled with cauliflower cream adorned with crunchy cookie crumbs, resembling a charming floral arrangement. It was a visually striking introduction to the meal. Pizza Offerings During my visit, I sampled four distinct pizzas, two prepared in the classic wood oven style and two utilizing an intriguing combination of frying followed by wood oven cooking. Wood Oven Style 1. A5 Wagyu alla Brace - This dish was presented dramatically, with the beef flamed right at the table. However, while visually appealing, the flavors fell short. The generous layer of cheese at the bottom detracted from the experience, as it was difficult to discern whether it was mozzarella or another cheese. The deep-fried mushroom stems were oily, which overpowered the dish. Ultimately, the A5 Wagyu lacked the tender, flavorful qualities typically associated with this premium cut. 2. Assoluto di Carciofo - I anticipated a creamy artichoke base but found another thick layer of cheese. This pizza leaned towards a white cheese variety with only hints of artichoke flavor, making it reminiscent of American-style pizza rather than traditional Italian. The crust, however, was well-executed and had a satisfying consistency. Double Cooked Pizzas (Fried & Oven) 1. Le 7 Consistenze della Cipolla - For onion enthusiasts, this is likely one of the best pizzas available. Due to the cooking method, the final product resembled a focaccia rather than a traditional pizza, yet it offered a delightful sweet and sour flavor profile, highlighted by red onions and a touch of sour cream. 2. Assoluto di Pomodoro - Similar to the previous offering, this light focaccia featured a medley of tomatoes, including sundried varieties. While initially enjoyable, the combination of many flavors and a generous amount of oil eventually became overwhelming. Desserts I ended the meal with a taste of tiramisu, which, while light, did not stand out. Additionally, I sampled a dessert described as "pepper-based," which turned out to be a refreshing mint sorbet—both original and pleasing. Overall Impression As a Neapolitan who grew up with pizza from the motherland, I would rate this dining experience a solid **3 out of 5**. I appreciate the restaurant's efforts to innovate and present traditional flavors in new ways. However, the combination of overwhelming flavors within the pizzas felt more focused on impressing than on genuine satisfaction. A simpler approach may serve the restaurant well, allowing the high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors to shine through.
