Super delicious and great quality food and drinks! It is a pretty small menu, but everything is carefully curated and all the flavors pair so well together. Surprisingly, the salads were really my highlight (after the pizza of course). A lot of great flavor between the choice of veg and the dressing. Very solid, and the pizza is crispy and fluffy at the same time. LOVE the unique topping combos. Spot is really small and can get a little loud though, so a great spot for a date or catching up with a friend

One of my favorite bars in Miami. I thought I would never recover from the loss of Jaguar Sun, but VV has the same level of hospitality and their offerings are unique and excellent. I love the carpaccio and the pizza. They also have my favorite gelato in the world. I dream about it. Def worth a visit or 25. Love you Vice Versa :)

I’ve given ViceVersa Miami a few tries because the food and drinks are truly delicious, and the atmosphere is great. They definitely know how to deliver good flavors and vibes. However, the service really takes away from the experience. Each time I’ve visited, the service has been disappointing. The servers usually come to take the order once, then disappear until the check arrives — no refills, no follow-ups, nothing. Working in hospitality myself, I find that completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, my last visit was the worst one yet. Our server was noticeably rude. We had asked for something on the side, and he said yes. When the plate came out without it, I politely mentioned it — mistakes happen! But instead of fixing it, he responded with attitude, saying “I’m not in the kitchen, I didn’t make the food.” Overall, I love the menu, but the poor service makes it hard to fully enjoy. I really hope management addresses this, because ViceVersa has amazing potential — it just needs to treat the guests with the same care they put into their food.

ViceVersa was recommended to me in quite few other bars in Miami so I went with high hopes and didn't get disappointed. The place was packed but I did manage to squeeze in and even get a seat at the bar. It is modern place serving both cocktails and some food. I opted for a drink only but the food people were getting looked really good too. I opted for a cocktail called Forzai. The ingredients looked intriguing but I was not sure what to expect. The drink was served with a bit of a show. The cocktail was bold in flavours and it really reveald itself step by step. Very nicely designed layerd flavour profile. Highly recommend this place! Go with friends have some creative drinks and some good food!

We made reservations, thank goodness. It was a Monday night and the place was packed. It is s very small venue located in the lobby of The Elser Hotel in Miami. The service was excellent. I had the special which was a Smash Burger - Yummy! Others had pizza which was very good, too.

I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date and was charged a $50 fee. I understand policies exist, but I tried explaining the honest mistake to both the manager and service department, and there was zero flexibility or willingness to help. Very disappointing customer service. Based on how this was handled, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

ViceVersa at The Elser is a must-visit. The drinks were excellent—perfectly balanced, thoughtfully crafted, and full of flavor. We even had a “freestyled” cocktail. You can tell the bartenders take true pride in their work. Even without trying the food, the cocktail experience alone made it one of the highlights of our stay.

ViceVersa is recommended by the MICHELIN Guide and mentioned in 50 Best as one of the best bars in North America. I had to go whilst in Miami. A very small venue located in the lobby of The Elser Hotel Miami. I loved the dark wood and rich green walls enhanced with pops of colour from framed art which gave it a sultry moodiness. The bar was buzzing when I went. You can either book a table in advance online if you plan on eating or walk-in like I did. Bar counter seating is usually available for walk-ins and offers the full menu. I waited around twenty minutes before I got a seat. The bartender was lovely. I would definitely recommend trying one of the cocktails. There is a lot of choice. If you are unsure what to have, let the bartender know your preferences like I did. She suggested the perfect cocktail for me. I had the 'PARTHENOPE' which was very refreshing with a slight hint of spice. I didn't want something with too much alcohol. I had to have a pizza which is highly recommended on the MICHELIN Guide and by others as one of the best in Miami. I went with the margherita. It was really good, a crispy, thin Neapolitan-style pizza. I couldn't finish it and took the rest to go. Nice cocktail, good pizza, loved the atmosphere and good service. My small negative was that the bar seating is quite tightly packed and everyone was ordering food and drinks, it was a bit of a struggle finding room for plates and glasses. Food comes out quickly once you order. Would recommend for sure.
