  OMG, I am only halfway through a Pizza Margherita and had to share this gem of a place with other travelers asap. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The sourdough crust is perfectly crispy and puffy with delicious sauce/cheese. I'm at the Gallery Hostel down the block and discovered this amazing pizza. So I guess I will eat pizza every day til I leave. The place is tiny, the owner is wonderful, and the pizza is just phenomenal.Read more

  Generoso is a valet by day and pizzeria by night. The beautiful loaves of bread are for sale in the daytime until they are sold out, and it reopens around 1730 for pizza. Obviously bread bakers know how to perfect the crust. There a lots of options. Order at the tiny storefront then take it to go or share outdoor communal seating in the arts district location. The staff are the kindest and the pizza the best.Read more
