  We love this place so much! The pizza is so so good! We went twice during our week stay in Glasgow. You can definitely eat a whole pizza yourself and you don’t even feel guilty for it because it’s that good! Staff are great, vibes are immaculate! A must go if you are visiting Glasgow!!!

  Simply the best pizza restaurant in town! Great food (the pizzas and tiramisu), generous portions and excellent customer service - all of which made our family afternoon out over the weekend even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

  I had dinner here today. The food was fantastic, service was exceptionally pleasant from the staff and atmosphere was perfect with the restaurant not being too busy and not too noisy either. I rate 5/5 stars and would happily come back here again and hope to do so. Location was perfect, easy to find restaurant. Value of food was also great with prices being fair. Wait time was perfect and we waited less than fifteen minutes for food and drinks.Read more

  Awful service by rude man with glasses told me to wait outside says he didn’t sell slices when I asked for the pizza sliced ! Absolute moron obviously they can’t get decent staff who know the customer pays there wages !Read more

  Asked for a table for 4 the waiter was very abrupt and didn’t say anything when we sat down things didn’t get better from there we asked about toppings and he abruptly shouted “just what’s on the menu!” We eventually put our order in but we felt very unwelcome by this waiter.. He had glasses and sandy brown hair. Perhaps some staff training? I also noted that the prices had went up considerably while the service has went down considerably Will not be rushing back…Read more

  Thanks so much to the team who worked last night, 28th June, service was fantastic. They dealt with my feedback immediately and resolved my issue beyond expectations. This is what I consider true customer service. A really attentive and responsive team who I would consider brilliant ambassadors of this brand! We visit Parsano a lot - it has and will always be the best pizza in Glasgow for us.Read more

  We arrived and were quickly shown to our table by the host. Our waitress came and took our order and everything seemed to be very efficient. The pizza arrived and then the service went downhill. Firstly our waitress took the cutlery tin away before we had time to get cutlery out. We had to ask for it back. After we ate our pizza we waited for our plates to be cleared and the offer of coffee and dessert. After 15 minutes and our waitress walking past our table numerous times with no attempt at interaction with us , we gave up. We had to ask another staff member for our bill, paid and left. Very disappointing service which let the whole meal down.Read more
