Food is overpriced, but it’s not bad, just not worth the “gradi tax” - service was good. $32 with a surcharge for a marg is crazy, so is $13 for a sparkling water.

I honestly would not recommend this place. While the service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was a huge letdown and absolutely not worth the price. The pizza tasted like straight tomato paste overpowering, overly acidic, and completely lacking balance. For a place that prides itself on pizza, it was really disappointing. The bruschetta wasn’t even bruschetta. It was just thick chunks of tomato thrown on top with literally no onion whatsoever, and the bread was so hard it felt like biting into a brick. Mind you it’s only one slice for $22! And don’t even get me started on the calamari not only did it taste like nothing… $32 for that tiny portion? The size of the plate was shocking for the price. Honestly, the chips were the only thing that actually tasted good and felt worth eating which says a lot. Overall, you’re paying well over minimum prices for food that simply doesn’t deliver. Great service, yes but unfortunately that’s not enough to make up for the quality and value of the food. Very disappointed.

What a waste of time and money, My daughter had her 23rd birthday dinner there, after her fave restaurant had to cancel due to water supply issues. She ordered a beef cheek with red wine juś, what was presented looked like cat food from a can in some curry looking gravy, the beef was cold as was the "sauce" , we complained and the manager esir he was was amazing took the plate away and promptly took her order for a replacement meal, she ordered the steak a $68 steak and a soggy thin sliced steak arrived with a big handfull of rocket dumped on top no seasoning no char no nothing, my daughter instantly was put off and lost her appetite, her friend ordered a lasagne and it was so oily she could not eat it. This place is so very overpriced for the food they serve. its fine dining prices for a pub feed. My local pub serves better food at half the price. The rest of the meals were OK but not for the price, The wait staff seem very new and fresh The entrees plates were not cleared for a while we had to stack them and flag a waiter to take it away , we had to ask a few times for water, and beers. Esir was amazing he apologised for all the mishaps and the poor quality, apparently there was an error in the printing of the menu! he truly saved the night by being so kind and helpful! 100% will NEVER eat at this place again.

I was there with a group yesterday and it was such an amazing experience. Our host Eris was so accommodating and had a great knowledge of the food. Always smiling and never made us feel as if we inconvenienced him with requests. 10/10 for service. Will definately be going back

I’d love to give this restaurant 5 stars! Even though mushroom sauce wasn’t on the menu, they kindly prepared it for us—and it tasted exactly like the one we had before. The staff were incredibly attentive and always smiling, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend it to everyone. Such a warm and lovely place!

I had dinner at 400 Gradi today, and it was an incredible experience from the moment we sat down. The food was full of rich, authentic Italian flavours, and you could really taste the quality in every bite.

It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. To having their award winning Margherita pizza and the breads with paired with the customisations requested, it was delicious throughout. The lasagne sauce could do with a bit more love,

Very nice food excellent service. Ordered steak was cooked perfect and service was very good. Italian waiter was helpful and staff very friendly.

Today we were going to another restaurant and thank goodness they had a function so we went to Gardi and thank goodness for that, from the waitress Sara and Irisha (not sure it correct spelling) to the manager the service was impeccable and the food was equal. Thank you Gradi for a great Sunday lunch and having such great customer service which is so hard to come by these days.

Pizzas are pretty good, but I think for the price paid, the slow service and small wine pours aren’t really worth it. Been here once to check it out but doubt I’ll be back again.
