La masa napolitana fresca, las pizzas margherita tradicionales y las albóndigas impresionan. Sin embargo, se llena de gente y algunos informan de bordes quemados.

Super great pizza and exquisite sides. Rare sides you can’t find anywhere else made from scratch. The atmosphere is medium loud. Crowded is to be expected at this high demand venue. It is what it is. The food is hot and came out quick. Fresh baked bread. The seasoning is just right with old world recipes. Fashionable trendy Washington DC spot. The place to eat and the hip spot to be seen at. TOTAL AWESOMENESS 👍🏻🍕😎

I can see why this place has been at the top of the pizza rankings for so long. The pizza is very good and the atmosphere remain friendly and relaxing. The clientele is diverse ranging from families with young children to young adults hanging out in the back. The pizza is really good. We had a wonderful time which made the long wait totally worth it. The margherita, two Amys and all the other regular pizzas were really tasty. However, the basilico stuffed pizza was something we will never forget and cannot wait to be back for. Can't go wrong with anything in the menu.

I really liked 2 Amys! I stopped by after a zoo trip with two friends and it was the perfect casual dinner spot. I would probably keep the group to four or fewer just because of the seating setup, but for a small group it feels just right. The place has a charming old school vibe that makes it feel cozy and relaxed, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The pizza was great. I recommend the regular cheese pie with a side of sauce for dipping the crust. I would also ask for it well done since my slice had a tiny bit of flop, but that is an easy fix. Overall, it was a great experience. Gratuity is already included in the check, so you can just relax and enjoy your meal.

Incredible pizza and antipasto options in the Washington, DC area—you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Whatever you do, don't skip the homemade almond cake or the cannoli for dessert. The best-kept secret? On Saturdays starting at 4:00 PM, they serve the most amazing porchetta! It's a fantastic spot for families or a casual, delicious date night. Once you try 2 Amys, you’ll be coming back all the time. Enjoy!Read more

The star of the show which was the pizza, didn't show up. The flavor was good but the undercarriage of the pizza was weak. It was really floppy and soggy which did it for me.Read more

The food comes out very quick even if they are full, so very good service. The food is amazing and very authentic. I went with people from Italy who lived there for 25 years and have all there family there, and even they love it.Read more

2Amys used to be our go-to spot for Neapolitan pizza, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. The pizza we received was simply not up to their reputation - or their price point. The Buffalo mozzarella barely melted, sat in rubbery clumps, and made the pie borderline inedible. This wasn’t a minor off night; it was a fundamental quality issue. Our server was great and did her best, but when we tried to share feedback with the manager, the response was dismissive and disengaged. We were told this was due to a new mozzarella supplier and that they’ve received multiple complaints - yet nothing has been done to address it. That’s not an explanation; that’s an admission of indifference. For a restaurant that charges premium prices and trades on its legacy, the current execution feels careless. If you’re charging top-tier pizza prices, you should be delivering top-tier pizza - not experiments in unmeltable cheese. Sadly, 2Amys has gone from beloved standby to expensive disappointment.Read more

This restaurant is very near where we are staying so we ordered online for pickup. The pizza was ready, promptly, when we arrived to pick it up. No waiting which is unusual in our experience with to go pizzas. The pizza was barely warm when we got it home, but it was still delicious. Do not bother with the deviled eggs. I am sure anyone can make better.Read more
