I’ve wanted to visit this spot ever since seeing it on Netflix! There was a 90-minute wait, but they have a dedicated 'tiny house' nearby to keep you comfortable while you wait. The pizza was delicious even though the crust was a bit …

Outstanding pizza, the crust thin and crispy. The sauce fresh and tasty. The fresh mozzarella was on point. Put it all together and you have one of the best margherita pizza's I ever had the privilege of eating. When I return to Phoenix, I will return hungry for more!!!

We lucked out and only had a 10 minute wait after a Diamondbacks day game. I can't say this is the best pizza I've ever had but it is certainly the #1 or #2 Neapolitan style that I've tried. We had a Margherita and the Wiseguy with added

🍕 Pizzeria Bianco — a must! Great flavor, perfectly crunchy crust, and that delicious wood-fired taste. 🔥🍕

After 30 years of dreaming about this moment, I’m finally here at Pizzeria Bianco. Many of us remember the mid-1990s when reports were coming out of Phoenix that some new pizzeria might just serve the best pizza in the United States! What? So far from New York? How is this possible? And the reports kept coming. Bronx native Chris Bianco had done the impossible, expanding authentic pizzas beyond the Mississippi River. The accolades and awards were endless, the critics raved, and even documentaries were produced. So we all started putting this place on our bucket list. I finally made the pilgrimage in 2026 to this mecca, this icon, this uber-famous destination. And it was worth the hype! The most beautiful red sauce complements the perfectly stretchy fresh mozzarella. Since I opted for the Sonny Boy, I was treated to high quality slices of salami and whole olives. The crust is thin, charred in various spots, slightly crispy on the bottom but still properly chewy. It is a thing to behold, ranking right up there with the best pizzas I’ve had in Italy and the states! I wish the olives were halved and not whole so they wouldn’t roll off my pizza. But I didn’t care. I even violated my germaphobic code for the first time in decades and snatched an olive off the table, it was that good! Because of its location inside Heritage and Science Park, there is a mandatory $10 parking charge for valeting plus a recommended tip. There is no validating inside the restaurant. But the surprise surcharge was also worth it!

Could dine inside or outside. Inside was small but cute. Home made French bread was delicious! Pizza is good and they offer pizza with olive oil in place of tomato sauce. You can also get pizza with tomato sauce. Pizza is stone oven baked.

Highly overrated, pizza was fair at best, charred past crisp crust, soggy interior sliding off pan. Poor inattentive service, lacked plates to put pizza on.

Incredible pizza, fresh ingredients, and amazing crust. Friendly service and great vibe. Easily one of the top spots in Phoenix. Highly recommend!

Like many, the accolades for Pizzeria Bianco made it a must do for us on a recent trip to Phoenix. The trip didn't disappoint. Our server as excellent and spent time describing the oven / process with us. We shared a pizza and a sandwich and both were quite good. Simplicity and excellence are the name of the game at Pizzeria Bianco and it works.

Cannot brag about this place enough! The pizza was amazing – I could've had ten of them. Wine selection was great. Brian behind the bar was super personable, attentive, and gave me some tips about the Phoenix area. I didn't have to wait long for my food and had no wait for a seat. A bit on the expensive side but so unbelievably worth it! Will definitely be back the next time I visit Arizona!

The toppings slid off of the crust, big no for me. Loved the flavors, though.

Service was excellent, the moment we entered the staff at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and professional. Seemed to enjoy and love what she was doing! She also looked like a character from the series ‘The Good Doctor.’ Service: The lady who served us was professional, knowledgeable, had a great service attitude! Food: World Class pizza, not filling, light crust, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, oooh I can compare this restaurant to our favourite one in London called ‘Da Michele.’ Value for Money: Definitely worth the $22. Will definitely recommend someone who may be coming to this place who loves pizza or wants to try it. The portion is 14”, six slices. Loved it!Read more
