Absolutely spot on. Visited Rudy’s on Peter Street and everything was spot-on from start to finish. The pizzas were outstanding – perfectly blistered Neapolitan bases, fresh ingredients and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality, especially with the classic tomato and mozzarella and the prosciutto/rocket combo. The sides and dips were great too, and the drinks (especially the spritzes and wine) went perfectly with the food. The atmosphere was buzzing without feeling rushed, and the outdoor seating made it even better. Staff were friendly, attentive and clearly know what they’re doing.

Best pizza ever in Manchester! 🤗🍕 Huge thanks to the amazing staff who treated us so well and offered a truly one-of-a-kind service!!! It really made such a difference. Great music, a lovely heated terrace, and delicious food — all you need. We arrived quite hungry and left with big smiles on our faces. We even came back twice within a few days! Credit where it is due. Rudy's lived up to their reputation as being the best pizza in Manchester. Everything was amazing. The subtle flavours of my pizza, including fig jam. The bold flavours of my co-diner who revelled in the various mushrooms on offer. The starter and dessert were equally sublime. The atmosphere was charged, fun, and bouncy, but not loud. Perfect audio level to talk and be heard, while simple music played. The staff were pleasant, hard working. Professional but warm and smiley. The manager working the dockets deserves a raise. So many dockets printed, so quickly, and expertly delved out with effortless panache. The only critique i have, is that one pizza (pictured) was larger than the other and it overhanged on the plate and rested partially on the table. When it was brought to the table, the pizza overhanging brushed across the table as well. A slight hygeine concern. Otherwise, 9.75/10.

Finally ticked Rudy’s off my list! I've seen so much hype about this place and as a lover of Neapolitan pizza, it definitely lived up to expectations. I went for the Portobello and added sweetcorn. It was so tasty, especially when paired with their garlic aioli dip (honestly, that dip deserves its own shoutout). Loved the laid-back, casual vibes and the great range of pizzas on the menu - it was the perfect pre-theatre dinner spot!

I’m not a huge pizza fan so Rudy’s would not have been my first choice to visit an evening meal but it came highly recommended by friends and I’m glad we listened. My partner and I shared a pizza - the salsicca , a garlic bread and the ceasar salad - no complaints about the food. The pizza was hot, tasty and great quality of ingredients and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Would definitely visit Rudy’s again.

Extremely soggy, cheese and toppings just immediately fell off when I picked it up. Pizza was so thin the cutter did not cut it properly. I Pizzas there was also a hair underneath

This was a relaxing great meal and we were looked after perfectly by Jacob. We decided to share a Doppia Mozzarella pizza with extra onion with a tasty Caesar salad which was enough for the both of us. We also shared a zingy Pana Cotta cheesecake which was very delicious. Excellent Primitivo wine by the glass too! Just over £46 was good value!

Called in on spec today on a gorgeous sunny afternoon. Friendly faces all round. Attentive service with a special mention to Niamh ....you'll go far with your lovely personality girl ! Tasty hot pizza and a lush glass of wine makes for the perfect lunch. 👌

My third visit to Rudys and third different restaurant in their chain. Happy to say I’ve experienced the same consistently high quality and service in each one. They’re now my go to place for pizza when in Manchester or Liverpool.
