  I'm from Cosenza, Calabria, and the panzerotto filled with mozzarella and tomato takes me back to my hometown. Not to mention Carmine and his wife, Isa, the owners, are exquisite and welcoming. If you're in Ascea, you absolutely must stop there—you won't be disappointed.
