  Very disappointing meal. The pizza base was soggy and wet. The cheese on top was in clumps and not melted. The menu said ‘micro greens’ which was actually small pieces of parsley which added nothing to the flavour. The meat on the pizza was dry. A pasta dish came with a biscuit thing on top that was old and stale. There was no one else in the restaurant so there was no atmosphere and we were never asked if we were enjoying our meal so I was unable to offer my feedback in person. I wouldn’t go back.

  I am living in the neighborhood and I come from time to time and usually the food is good. On my last visit as usual I asked for a "real" Italian pizza ( in an Italian restaurant it sounded reasonable) so basically without onion, pineapple ect .. First the waitress was barely speaking English , the Diavola pizza end up to cole with bell pepper anyway!!!... Instead of apologising the supervisor found nothing better to argue that it is how pizza is made disregarding my request ... Very poor attitude indeed , Music too loud and no paper menu and this irritating QR code to scan ,a lot for a 24€ pizza So not recommended

  Spent 6 days in Abu Dhabi - and went back to Napo a few times. Could not recommend it more highly. Very warm service - was treated like a regular from my first visit. And truly an excellent and authentic pizza……….spoken by someone who loves a pizza wherever i go. Very popular among the locals
