  We had our wedding reception at Pue Minster Leeds. Absolutely loved it as a great alternative to a traditional wedding meal, our families loved it as well. The service was amazing and the food was splendid. We had a great time and would definitely recommend. The team couldn't do enough for us. Very happy.

  Decent prices for food. Drinks overpriced. Not much choice on the menu. Mash bland and not hot. Pie average.

  Pieminister - Leeds The restaurant was practically empty. Only one table was occupied. We went in and was asked where we'd like to sit. The waitress showed us to a table and provided the menus. She gave us a moment to look at the menu and choose our meal and drinks, then returned to take our order. Drinks were provided and the meals came out very quickly afterwards - did make me think they were provided too quickly to be freshly cooked. Nevertheless, the food was hot and tasty. We wanted some more drinks and got the attention of the waitress, but instead of her coming to the table, she stayed behind the bar for us to shout out drink order for her. We didn't mind so much, as there were no other customers in, but I hope this isn't 'daily practice' As we were finishing our drinks the chef (I assume he was the chef as he did a lot if clattering about in the kitchen) brought the bill over slammed it down on the table and said nothing to us. About 5 minutes later he yelled to the restaurant (there was our table and one other still there) 'We closed 10 minutes ago' then continued to slam doors. Spoilt a perfectly good evening with his rudeness.

  We met some friends for lunch today. We were delighted that the venue was dog friendly. The ambiance was good, the staff very friendly and the service great. Good to see there were quite a few veggie choices and we went for the cheese pie, mash and gravy. Delicious! The dog was given a bowl of sausages and a drink of water too! We enjoyed our visit very much.
