We arrived for our reservation and were left standing at the front door for 10 minutes before finding a staff member to say we had a reservation. We were ignored for another 10 minutes before finding another staff member to remind them we had a reservation. A few minutes later we were finally brought to a table which was filthy. After another 10 minutes a waiter came and we asked her to clean our table. She did and took our order of a bottle of wine and a pizza. After another 30 minutes we still didn’t have our wine or pizza. Our original waiter was no where to be found and we tried to speak to another waiter and two managers, all of whom kept making excuses and say they would take care of it but offering nothing. After well over an hour we left and will never return. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life and I’m a senior citizen.
