  Solid, down to earth, no nonsense pizza place! Dough was perfectly crispy, chewy, stable throughout the base without sogginess like at some of the hip neapolitan joints. And the chilli oil actually has a genuine light kick to it - I know its not important for many, but spice lovers will appreciate that.

  Good food and good service. We went there on a Sunday night, and it was not very crowded. I ordered from the weekly menu (Wild boar ragu) and it was very tasty. Recommended. The service was not very fast but that's excused when the food tastes good. They were very friendly all the time. Cash only, unfortunately.

  Seems my memory fooled me here a little or the Berlin Pizza game has just been up'd quite a bit. I remember their truffle oil pizzas to be one of my favorites in Berlin but this time I actually was quite disappointed. 😒 The dough was quite bland and although I had one of the pizza's with truffle oil, it was not half as intense in flavor as I remembered it. Some in our group made the mistake of not ordering pizza (ROOKIES! 😜) and they sure did regret their choice as their chickpea soup did not really impress them much. I feel bad for this review because I know how good they have been but this time they did not quite deliver... 😔

  Imagine this. An italian Resturant, with no music, rude wait staff and tasteless food. By far the worst resturant I visted in Berlin (the city is so full of amazing place) The only thing about the resturant that was as drab as the pizza and 'bruschetta' was the service. When asked if they were serving food still (it was 10pm) they said yes ofcourse, so we proceeded to take a seat. Once we were ready to order I began to order the gnocci to which she abruptily told me 'Only Pizza' - so I quickly chose one whilst she waited there watching me. She brough me a pizza that had anchovies on - when there was absolutely no mention of it on the menu, but by this time, with the lack of music (just another single couple in the largeish resturant) I was just ready to eat and leave. Being someone who has travelled italy a lot and eat a lot ofamazing resturants in Berlin I would recceomend any other then this drab sad resturant. They need a new chef, some music, better waitressing manners, and also learn to not asssume the English girl in the corner doesnt speak Italian, because she does.

  Does it raise your expectations as well when you walk into an Italian restaurant and the people speak Italian? It gets me excited because I feel like I am that much closer to taste “the real thing”. 😊 And I can easily say that they serve one of my - if not even my number 1 - favourite pizzas here. A quick look into the restaurant might not make you scream of joy but trust me that the thin crust and the delicious toppings and flavours will guarantee you want to come back for another slice. 😁 I recommend the truffle options - DELICIOUS!! 👌🏼
