We’d visited Stranero in different capacities several times and were always impressed at the good quality pizza and the sheer volume of people wanting to eat here - it really is a goldmine! Unfortunately our last visit was comically bad. They’ve installed a QR-Code ordering system. You scan the code on the table, pick your food and drinks, place your order, eat your food, pay and go….easy! Unfortunately we had an extremely wobbly internet signal making it rather tricky to order anything! I asked our „waitress“ if we could order our drinks „analogue“ at least, she declined, referring us to the app ordering system. Consequently you have a restaurant full of customers poking at their phone screens - it made us sad. Eventually we managed to order and then had a long, long, long wait for our food, not really in keeping with the super-dynamic app ordering system! We ordered (over the app, obviously) a bottle of water for the three of us - a bottle arrived, no glasses! I asked our „waitress“ if we had to order the three glasses over the app too? The irony wasn’t lost on her, but also not well received ;) We paid up and got out of dodge as soon as possible, never to return!

We were there with 8 people and without having a reservation we had some trouble to find a table as the place was completely packed on a Tuesday evening. We know why. Because the pizza was great. The bread was not too thin and not too thick and the interesting different kinds of pizza made it hard to choose. Fresh ingredients, great herbs, good size! Also the place has a very nice admosphere and the people there are nice and friendly.

The pizza are so good but we were there on friday night and had to book a table. It was very crowdy and loud. But the food was really awsome and there is a great choice of pizzas ! Very good place!!

This place is super cozy, a bit hidden but definitely worth it (I highly reccomend to book a table before, since you might find it full). Pizza is delicious, I had "pizza Imma", which was really good! Staff is italian therefore helpful and friendly!
