I have been to Tripletta twice, once with colleagues and once with my GF. As an Italian and pizza lover I can attest that the pizza here is authentic to the tradition. I haven't tried the pasta but as long as it's al dente It surelly looks

The true test of a pizzeria is how good is there margherita. Tripletta’s margherita was at point, very good. So full marks to them.

Extremely authentic Italian food I think and it was, unsurprisingly, fantastic. Burrata and focaccia and pizza and fried zucchini were all excellent and our waitress was extremely kind and patient with us while we practiced our very limited French.

The pizza was fine. Just expensive for what it was. Even the carafe of wine is not your standard 50cl. They are making as much money as they can here. A bit of a conveyor belt. Average.
