One of our favourite pizzas in Madrid. A lot of interesting and delicious veggie options. There always something new on the menu that surprises you. AND all the ingredients are bio or locally sourced.

We ordered 5 dishes. Three dishes were amazing (leeks, onion tart, and garlic/rosemary bread). The zuchini fritters were good but lacked flavor especially the sauce. For some reason, the mushroom shitakee dish had mostly uncooked mushrooms which made the dish not good (at least for my taste). I will go back but I will try other dishes.
