Asked the young female cashier working the counter on Friday, November 21st @ 12:45PM for a slice of house pizza. She said it’s not ready, I asked her how long it will be. She replied, “I don’t know” I asked can you give me an idea how long, she shouted, “ I don’t know” She refused to ask someone She didn’t care and her apathetic service is unacceptable Plenty of other pizza restaurants in NYC, go someplace where they care about customer service.

We ordered multiple slices, house slice is the best. We also ordered cacao di Pepe. Vodka sauce slice was the best bruschetta is worth a try with Mexican Coke

I ordered pizza a few weeks ago and it never showed up. I have been to restaurant in person to try and get a refund. Met both owner and manager who assured me they would take care of it, but so far no luck. Apparently, my email has a firewall that prevents them from sending me a refund. Really??? Also, Manager told me to get refund I should order another one and he'd comp me a POS but he didn't! Down nearly $80.00 for a pizza. A litte expensive, no??

Don’t order a pie to pick up from this place if you need it within the same century that they promised it! Totally arrogant and indifferent to customers. Almost ruined a three-year-old’s birthday party and couldn’t care less.

Used to order 2 pies weekly until stopping about a year ago. And it wasn't because their customer service is bad (it's terrible) or because the pizza was bad (always excellent) but because they took their best pie off the menu (spinach). When I finally got them to respond to my question about it they said it was temporary and would be back soon. Still not back. I guess I've given up hope now and have started ordering from another less good place but one with great customer service and more veggie options.
