Really wanted to like this place. But pizza was borderline Totino’s bland. Not sure what kind of cheese they’re using, but they would benefit from using anything else. Maybe try mozzarella? I couldn’t detect a tomato sauce base. Crust …

Had an absolutely lovely dinner here tonight! It was a random choice down the street from our hotel. Waitress was lovely. Pasta and pizza were better than we had in Italy (although sadly we experienced too many tourist traps in Italy for pasta and pizza). Great paxtetara (a basque desert). Eskaerrik asko.

Ambiance was great. Service was prompt. Food was served quickly and was flavorful but not beet authentic. The Bolognese sauce was on sweeter side and the pizza a little too cheesy. But overall, a great break from pintxos ;)
