Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing pizza with fresh toppings and a soft, deep base. Some find toppings sparsely applied and staff can be rude."

Our first pizza experience in USA. We never thought that American pizzas could be so great. We were given a crash course about the difference between NY and Detroit styles.

The pizza was amazing, and the staff the first time we went was so nice. We had the Detroit style pan pizza, supreme and it was so filling and tasty...highly recommend.

THE best Pizza in NYC. Period. Detroit-style in a retro 80's decor. You have to try it if in the neighbourhood.

Delicious hot pizza with quality ingredients so tasty and fresh, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with some excellent insight into the pizzas.

I went with my friend to eat pizza. The pizza was very nothing special. It was a little spicy and this was not indicated on the menu. On the bill there was an18% service charge. However, when you go to pay on the tablet of the restaurant it is asking you if you wish to add a tip. This is a ripoff of tourists who may not look at a bill very carefully and they will think that a tip is not included in the bill.

Another amazing visit on a holiday this year to NYC. Each time we come, we always stop by at Aces for pizza pie! We did the take out option this time rather than sit in and it was absolutely amazing! An individual is absolutely more than enough for one. Cooked to order, toppings are really fresh and the base is super soft and deep! Highly recommend! The dine in restaurant is directly opposite the take out branch, both are signed. Cool 80’s retro vibe, great price for what you get too!

In the basement of Rockefeller Center, they have a counter where u order, and a seating area across the hallway. This pizza is pretty divine, with flavorful sauce and a rich, crispy crust. I'd prefer bigger chunks & a more generous sprinkling of chosen toppings, but good stuff as it is.

Lovely food. Staff rude. Asked for hot water to take medication and felt like a criminal. Was happy to pay but was refused. Need to brush up on customer service Postive note good music. 60 dollars for 2 pizza. 1 small & 1 medium....

We dined at Ace's Pizza for lunch on Jun 24 this year. It had two office spaces. One on the left for dine-in and the other on the right for pick-ups – both were small rooms. We went to the dine-in room, sat at the bar and ordered a medium 9” plain cheese pizza. There were two waitresses on duty, and the one at the bar was multi-tasking taking orders, serving them and ringing checks. Her waiting on us was interrupted repeatedly. My impression of Ace's was gradually souring when our pizza was served within minutes after placing the order. We were surprised as it didn't appear there was sufficient time for the order to be processed. It was the quickest service I had ever seen, quicker than fast food. From the rectangular pie cut into six slices, we took two each and were done in relatively quick time. Then came the check. 18% service fee was added to the order. That's NYC for you. In addition, tips was requested. I gave 3%, which is equivalent to 76 cents. (In hindsight, I should have gone with 0% tip.) Food was alright, served quickly. Service was OK but can be better. If we weren't pressed for time, we would have tried other places in Under 30 Rock.
