  Verame Pizza offers tasty Neapolitan-style pies in a cozy setting. The food’s solid, but prices are on the high side, and the beer prices are downright ridiculous.

  It’s very pretty and probably cheaper than other places in Sorrento, still expensive for Italian food, with good service but the pizzas are different. I had the pistachio one and didn’t like it but I guess it depends on individual taste, I also heard a table complaining about the taste so if you go make sure you order something you won’t regret because it seems like it’s varied.

  This one, was a recommendation from locals and it was great! We order the Bufala SMARRTA 🥰🥰🥰 lovely. For 2 was more than enough, if you were eating the whole day 😅🤣 enjoy Sorrento!

  Authentic italian pizza. Very good food. Good value for money. Parmigiana di melanzzane and different types of pizza were very good.

  We sat outside with our table of three because almost every other dinner spot in our area was booked to the gills due to the cruise ships. This place serves pizza, full stop. They have other things on their menu but pizza is their bread and butter. They do serve buttered and cheese pizza crust as “bread” on their table. We started with a caprese salad which is a whole two balls of mozzarella and was entirely unneeded due to the size of our pizzas! My dining companions got the margaritas doc/dog which was very tasty as it was used with premium ingredients. I took a pizza from their special menu and had it with ricotta whips and squash flowers. It was unique and tasty and I definitely recommend it. There was only one waiter for the whole restaurant that we could see but he killed it. He even gave me a rose at the end as they had bought a bouquet from a street vendor and handed them out to patrons at the end of the night. This place is good for dinner without a reservation, for large groups, and for sitting outside!

  Great food! Bread was clearly just made. Very fresh. Pizza was so good as well as steak, fries, salad, and spaghetti carbonara. Surprisingly a delicious meal and right by train station. Some of the best we had. Cute decor. Fun music. Servers and manager treated us like we were the only ones in the restaurant.

  A real contrast but the star rating will be clear later in the review. I have never left a negative review before but feel obliged to do so if for nothing else to hope the owner seriously considers his staffing. We came here for lunch on our first day, owner was nice, food was nice, would have given at least 4 stars based on this experience. After eating, later in the week, we came back here for drinks after the positive previous experience on our way back home. The waiter outside was rude from the get go, pretty much throwing the drinks menus at us and we caught the end of him shouting at previous customers leaving but we're unsure what it was about, otherwise that would have been a sign not to stay. He then brought the wrong order (white wine instead of red). Made a fuss and blamed us when we asked for it to be replaced. He then brought a glass of red wine which had clearly been sitting out as it already had 3 flies in it. When asked if everything was OK (in a rude manner) my wife explained it wasn't to which he launched into a tirade about being understaffed and started shouting at my wife. At that point we went inside to complain to the owner who seemed resigned to the situation and the waiter followed us in to continue his abuse. We left at this point, my wife was upset and our kids were really shocked. I don't want to judge the whole place by one member of staff, hence the positive start to the review but this is simply not good enough and wasn't dealt with by ownership.

  The atmosphere is open. You can sit inside, outdoors or across the street. Ricardo was our waiter and was very attentive. The Villa Antinori Chianti was so good! We had the Napoli and ORTOLANA pizzas and they were fantastic! The price is great and the ambience is perfect! Highly recommend!

  I stopped in for a first pizza experience in Sorrento, Italy and had to come back a second time! Ricardo was attentive, engaging and polite in all the best ways. The pizza here was amazing. Thank you.
