Okay... let's define priorities. For me the food and service matter. Francos gave me an incredible thin crust pizza that was crisp and loaded with quality toppings and flavor. It was impressive. Service was mediocre at best and it's a volume based business so I get it. The paper plates and plastic cups and cutlery really just threw me. It didn't make my pizza taste any less amazing but it was just weird and diminished the experience. I'm sure it saves them money vs a dishwasher, etc. BUT... maybe they had to do it because of the giant pizza ovens they have which probably result in their better pizza. I'm guessing those giant ovens hold the heat better and result in that quality pizza. Would I go back there again for an exceptional pizza at a great price... ABSOLUTELY. Will I still whine about the paper plate and plastic cutlery... probably. PS... as per the picture they have charging stations at all the wall booths and free Wifi... which is an added bonus to the pizza.

This was quite tasty and a nice meal. The only problem I would like to day is that I didn't like the plastic utensils. It is so hard to cut the pizza and in doing so my fork almost melted. Other than that, I go back again.

I recently dined at Franco and it was fantastic! The pizza was perfectly crispy with fresh, flavorful toppings and rich, tangy sauce—truly authentic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. A must-visit for pizza lovers.

I noticed this place while I was walking with my significant other. I anticipated a good experience. We walked inside and were helped immediately. We were seated at table 12. I looked over the menu. From LE PIZZE section, I ordered a singola 30 cm, which was for one person DA FRANCO………………………………………………………………………….euro 10,00. It was Mozzarella, Pomodorini, Rucola e scaglie di grana, which was Fresh tomato, mozzarella, rocket salad and grana cheese flackes. We were given free Pizzeria da Franco ACQUA NATURALE. It was great. I was surprised at how big the DA FRANCO was. Each topping looked vibrant. It was as great as it looked. I enjoyed every bite of it. The service was solid. I didn’t have any issues. Overall, it was worth the stop. I would go again if I’m in the area. Date of visit: 25-03-2025

This was our second time here. Both visits were recommended to us by locals. The pizza is decent, the atmosphere is lively. We really enjoyed the service for our meal, until the end. We were pressured to tip and when I told our waiter I would pay cash instead of card, the waiter was visibly irritated. We are here with a large group and two other smaller groups with us ate here separately, and both were also pressured to tip. In my three trips to Italy, this is the first time I was ever pressured to tip like this. It unfortunately ruined the meal for us.

We were for people sharing two pizzas, that was enough for us. The food was very tasty, and the atmosphere was very casual, which we liked. There was no problem playing a game of cards enjoying a glass of wine. it is a place worth going to😊
