Pizza in another way. Excellent. Friendly staff. Good wines. And a perfect pizza with tuna. Very recommendable 👌 PINNA GIALLA Chef Luca Poma’s Nero di Vittorio cream (scampi, yellowfin tuna, cuttlefish ink and pesto), fior di latte, roasted Cuore di Bue tomato, baked zucchini rounds, yellowfin tuna tataki fillet and toasted pine nuts.

Artisanal pizzas at it’s best! Don’t be scared by the “thick” dough - it is way better than any standard pizza around. The quality of crust and filling is top notch. Look at the full description of the ingredients at fattoref.com the pizzas served are absolutely up to the description or even better. Very effective and welcoming young service team with very good English knowledge which is not very common in Vicenza. Good selection of Italian craft beers - 3 on tap and several bottles. Not huge but good selection of quality local & international wines. Added value: they open on Monday when everything else is closed in Vicenza. Two thumbs up for the experience 🍻🇮🇹

Amazing takes on pizza, and definitely did not dissapoint. They have their special methods for making their dough and it resulted in a great pizza...and that was before some of the unique ingrediants used. My pizza was light and crunchy and packed one heck of a taste. The desert was simple, yet, tasty. Service was also great and I enjoyed myself at this restaurant. If you want to try a different take on pizza, then this is your stop. Of note, they open at 1800 for reservations, but service doesn't begin until 1900.

A perfect place to eat perfect meals cooked with passion. The people who work in Fattore are so in love with cooking, with ingredients, with creation... They re-invented pizzas, the very traditional Italian meal in a new perfect way. Don’t miss this place, you will remember what you eat for a long long time !!! Their desserts are crazy, creative and subtile. This restaurant is the good balance of creation and pressionalisme. Go to Fattore !
