Great Napolitano pizzas. The amatriciana pizza had barely any guanciale on it, which was a bit of a shame. But it tasted good. Good desserts

During our journies trough Italy we are eating and enjoying mostly pasta, fish dishes and pizza, shortly, only local meals as we consider Italian kitchen as the best one in the world. And we have to say that it is not hard to find restaurant with good pizza but its hard to find brilliant and different pizza. And this is it! The biggest difference is in the dough, which is so good and light as you will have a feeling you are eating clouds :)

If you are up to experiencing a modern approach to the classical Neapolitan pizza, that’s the place to go. Next to the great classics of Neapolitan tradition (Margherita, bufala,... some even with meatballs on top !), there are some seasonal pizzas that I would advice you on trying (keep an open mind) as the white pizza with fresh mortadella and pistachio or the pizza using pumpkin purée instead of tomato sauce. Overall the white pizzas were better then the classical tomato sauce ones as the cooking time was just ideal. The tomato sauce based pizzas felt like they required a bit longer cooking time as they felt a bit chewy and undercooked. But overall prices are great, staff is attentive and quick. Bare in mind that without booking it is hard to find a spot and that there are time slots.
