It's freshly smoothi made ice cream. The best & beautyful place to ice cream in Bedussi Brescia. The quality is good and worth its price . Hope the price don't increase. i highly recommend this place

I hate to leave bad reviews because I am an easy person to please, but the employees made rude comments about how me and my family are American. They spoke these comments to each other in Italian thinking that we wouldn't understand what they were saying, but I don't think they realized that one of us could understand Italian. Besides the rude comments, the gelato was nothing too special and some of the pastries were overpriced compared to other, more welcoming, places that I have visited during my stay in Brescia. If you are a local, maybe your experience will be better than mine..... Or maybe not because other reviews have also complained about poor customer service as well. I will not be visiting nor recommending Badussi to anyone ever again.

We came here with friends, several times already, and the customer service experience has been negative ,almost every time. But today was the icing on the cake. They don't let you pay separately, which is ok. But because you sit at the same table, they don't even let you order at the cash register, so you could pay your own food/drink. It is always a disaster to count out who have to pay what, while the cashier is doing faces, talking under their nose and sigh constantly meanwhile, straight into your face . They also overcharged us today with 7 euro, only admitted half of it, so we also ended up paying more then what we should have. The food is really good , but because of this continued rude customer service , we will avoid this place in the future.

Always great atmosphere. ..the staff is friendly and fast..it's always a very busy place at all times everyday...the food breakfast and brunches are super excellent. And we are always happy to go there. The aperitifs are also top. .served with care and with innovative ideas....place to go you will be happy and satisfied. Vamosssssss
