  The pizza was excellent — a true canotto style (a modern take on Neapolitan pizza, with an extra-large, airy crust). The crust was huge, crunchy on the outside and very airy inside. The bottom stayed crunchy, while the dough inside was soft, not at all chewy, and salted just right. The ingredients — sauce, cheese, mushrooms — were fresh, flavorful, and clearly carefully selected. This pizza is seriously excellent, even by high Northern Italian standards. If you’re a real pizza lover, you’ll definitely want to try it. Cannot recommend it enough.

  5/5 Mascari Pizza d’Autore blew me away. This isn’t just pizza—it’s craftsmanship with a playful soul. We were two and ordered two pizzas at the same time: the Shrimp “Sushi Pizza” rolls and the Mortazza. The Shrimp rolls were a bold surprise: soft dough with tartare of red shrimp, guacamole, and a touch of honey—fresh, creative, and addictive. The Mortazza was pure comfort: mortadella, stracciatella, pistachios, all on a crust that’s airy yet perfectly crisp. Service was friendly, the vibe relaxed, and the food is simply next level. We will definitely return!

  Best pizza i ate in my entire life! Rich, delicious with crispy and flavoruful crust and base. Absolutely gorgeous! Also - its very hard to stop eating it even when you're full😄 The staff is also friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very cozy.
